Met my partner here for our first date and first time at the pier, we paddled, had afternoon tea on the pier, ice cream and watched a Fleetwood Mac tribute band. A perfect date and location with clean water to swim in. Oh and remember beach is pebbles so ensure you have flip flops! X

Not much to say it's a pier in winter. We went for afternoon tea in the cafe but was disappointed. Has a small area of slot machines and of course wonderful views of Beachy Head and all the wonderful buildings of Eastbourne.

Pier full of arcades and gift shops. Had coffee in cafe. Slow service. 1 guy seemed to be doing all the work . Not enough active staff and ceiling was mouldy looking

A Victorian pier, well maintained and good walk ways. Assistant dogs allowed. Gift shops, Victorian cafe with lovely cream team.

Lovely old pier in the south of England. Nice view, close to city centre, and provides all sorts of ancient entertainment, that still seem popular to this day. Tea room is nice, and there is a night club that opens at the late hour of the night. A real joy, relaxation and peaceful part of the world.

The weather was awful but it was bracing waling on the pier with great views back to Eastbourne. Not to much open but a very good gift shop. It is non smoking on the pier which is excellent

Jetée sympa très lumineuse mais il manque à mon goût des toilettes publiques pour lui attribuer la note de 5

We enjoyed a lovely stroll down the pier and back on a very cold Sunday morning. Well kept & very clean area fortunately not filled with the detritus & tat usually found on English seaside piers.

Went on a wet and windy Saturday in March. Had a walk along the pier and had a cream tea in the tea room. Weird decor that looks like a Chinese restaurant/ballroom but had a nice cuppa. Couple of shops selling rock, fudge etc. Was going to get some chips but the chip shop shut early. Not surprised, we were the only ones there. Would probably be much nicer on a warmer day.
