I'm new to the area & needed to go to the site to dispose of cardboard & polystyrene packaging. The site has a one way system that's easy to follow. There's a chap (so far) at the entrance to direct you where to put the different types of rubbish. There are well marked parking spaces. This site is obviously well thought out & managed.

Multiple trips with variety of household goods, some of which were quite heavy for me to manage, and each time excellent assistance from all the staff and readily available as requested by the guy at the gate. They work together very well as a team in various circumstances and with good humour.

Well organised and staff deal with 2 meter rule very well. Users of the site need to keep to the rule too. Short explanation before entering the site and clear instructions where to park your vehicle. All the parking / unloading bays are clearly marked and with barriers to keep the bays separate. Friendly and professional staff.

Used many times. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there’s usually a queue (especially in peak times) but that’s to be expected. Maybe once the booking system comes into place queuing will be better.

Be very careful when driving there with a van. Check online what days are allowed for vans' entrance (only 3 days a week) Be careful with van's weight as well! If gross vehicle weight is 3,5 T they won't let you in. Even if your actual weight is 3 T for example. They will just check your weight stickers and say you have to leave
