Lovely original bandstand. There is a plaque straight opposite the bandstand where John Wesley Woodward a former Orchestra player who went on to play on the Titanic.

Have been attending events here for several years and recently joined FOB
not only is the entertainment really good and great value.
But the credit here goes to the staff. From box office to front of house.
Professional. Polite. Coerteous. Jovial
In all a credit to the management.
Long may it reign as a jewel in Eastbournes crown

Unfortunately, there are no longer visits from bands such as the Paratroopers, Life Guards, Signals, etc these were stopped because of the IRA..... and Council cutbacks. The best you can expect is the local Silver Band......sad; yet you can hire the venue for marriages.

Very enjoyable, inexpensive, Sunday afternoon and Wednesday/Thursday evening band concerts. Been to all 3 at different times and enjoyed them. Outdoors on the seafront so can be windy, and chilly, if the weather is not sunny. Reasonably priced cold/hot drinks and snacks.

Great value for money, but you are charged 20p to use the toilet despite buying a ticket and using the bar. Also the ladies toilet shut before the concert finished so ladies could not use toilet before going home.

Great Wednesday night concerts: fireworks, brass band playing last night of the proms and a wonderful evening for anyone. On a sunny evening, sun comes down during the concert, very atmospheric. Fairly comfy seating, a decent bar and a good buzz.

Always a good show on. Try to go when not raining but still a giggle. You can purchase blankets if you get cold

Great place to listen to music and have some fun. It's open air in places so don't moan if you get wet!

Came to a tribute show for the first time at the weekend. Tickets extremely reasonable and easy to book online. Lots of restaurants nearby for a meal before and free parking along the seafront from 6pm. Even in the drizzle with raincoats and umbrellas ready the atmosphere was great. There was also a bar that was open all during the evening. Looking forward to spending more evenings there.
