Not so busy, but all parts of the park open.
Staff all young, very helpful, and polite. Both grand children enjoyed the day.
They've obviously been maintaining the place over the last year, all looks quite fresh and could see staff cleaning windows etc in the zoo area.
Tea and coffee very drinkable which is always a good sign.
Food not over priced, plenty of spaces for a picnic if you prefer.
Great day out, would recommend for families with young children.
Thank you to all the staff.

It was my 1st experience for myself and my boy as it was his birthday and I was incredibly impressed.

For the money we paid I'd definitely go again I never realised just how much there was to do.
I would highly recommend this place. My 3 year old loved it just as much as myself. The food was lovely and the service was spot on. The only critical thing would be just the doughnut factory the young girl was on her own she didn't even acknowledge that we were there to be served. She was busy but she could have said sorry won't keep you too long plus I was expecting a little more variety of doughnuts, but overall I loved it and if it wasn't for that is not had a bad word to say about that place.
I will say about the cleanliness of the place was also second to none.

Well done drucillas will definitely be back again.

We went yesterday 5 adults a 2 year old and a baby.. Arrived at 10.00 left at 4.30. A lovely full busy day we loved it so many small animals to see and to get close to. A lovely dinosaur area, Hello Kitty rides were good. A large picnic area full of picnic tables.
Lots of places to get drinks, ice creams or lunches. Our 2 yr old did not stop she loves the adventure playgrounds and the water play area she did not get bored. We were so impressed by the clean toilets and loads of hand sanitizers around the place and the fact it was not crowed and no queues. It is really worth the admission price as you can spend a whole day there. I feel it is really based around the younger child maybe up to 9 yrs.
A great day totally recommend and will be back.

Very good - the maze could do with an update. Main restaurant closes during term time. Clearly care about their animals. Fantastic play areas

Lovely day out! So much to do and see for all ages! Just be aware that there is a one way system around the zoo part and the rides don't open until 11am

Booked our first visit on 2nd July and spent 4 hours here. Was having a very nice day with the variety of animals available. Was very nice to actually see all of the animals unlike other parks where you may only see 50% if you're lucky. Me and my partner visited with our 5 year old who is just tall enough now to enjoy rides by himself (as you can imagine this made him extremely excited). Was all fine until the end of our day, when we let our son go by himself (we waited at the gate for him) onto the hello kitty teacups at 3:30pm. He was the only child waiting for the ride..when the staff member which looked like a teen finally got off of his phone and opened the gate to let him in, even after I had tried to notify him we was waiting. He opened the gate, let our 5 years old in and went back to the hut on his phone. Therefore, our son was left looking at us wondering how he opens the door into the cup. He tried pulling it, sliding etc. I then tried to get the attention of said staff member which took more than one attempt to help him. By this time, my son had worked it out for himself and the staff member grunted and pushed the button for the ride. There was absolutely no interaction with our son what so ever or apology. He shouldn't be working around young children and needs to be moved to an area that suits his terrible attitude.
We didn't see any other staff member on their phone so we're sure this isn't normal practice. It didn't ruin our sons day thankfully, but as parents it's very fraustrating. Any child should be treated with the same respect as an adult.
Overall, the whole park was a good day out and enjoyable. We would recommend to others.
The dinosaur area could be improved a lot as for our Dino mad boy it wasn't very satisfying. The train ride was also another disappointing part of the day.
Food prices were normal for a park...expensive as always which is why we always take our own.

(In my opinion, management need to talk to the guy from the ride stated above).

Highly recommend! We took our 5yr old and he (and we) loved it! To be honest he preferred it better than Legoland! Rides are fun, so is the playground and interesting zoo on the top of it (not to mention free car park and no queues!). Will definitely go back! Thanks!

Excellent range of small animals as great viewing for little ones, with smaller enclosures meaning it was easier to spot the residents. Really reasonable prices in the gift shop, cheaper to get a cuddly penguin here than at my local garden centre. We ate at the oasis cafe, jacket potato comes with side salad and the chicken burger was not the usual processed fast food variety. All in all, a great time was had by all (children aged 1 year and 2.5 years), much cheaper than London prices. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal day out with my boys (aged 4 and 6). They absolutely loved it. The variety of things to do makes Drusillas a fantastic place. I can see us coming back many more times !

What a great day out!

Upon arriving the parking was good and didn't have to walk a mile to the entrance. Going into the park you didn't have to wait long with the staff processing families quickly and if you have booked online which I would advise it moves even quicker!

In the park there is a lot for kids to do, the rides were good and catered for all ages and having the play areas near by was also a good distraction. The Zoo was bigger than I thought it was going to be with an array of animals and different walk through to keep everyone moving and entertained!

The weather was very good and allowed for sitting and eating outside and there was plenty of room for this.

It never seemed to crowded and was managed very well by the park staff. Will definitely go again!!

We did a photography day experience and it was absolutely fantastic! A very full day was spent getting up close to a wide range of photogenic animals. Highlights included the Caybara, the Red Panda, and best of all the Sloth, although they were all wonderful! We had great insight into the animals (as individuals!) from Billie, and expert photographic advice from Stuart. My daughter and I took around two thousands photos between us, with an extremely high number of "keepers". Definitely a day we will remember fondly!

Very good. Felt covid secure. All staff were friendly. Not sure about the cost of panning for 'gold' in the sand but otherwise good value.

Went here with family & our 6yr old grandson. Went to the animal enclosure first & found this very enjoyable & informative. We then went for lunch at the Oasis cafe it was ok my grandson enjoyed the chips. We went into the play area & found this very good. My grandson wanted to go on the inflatable blue slide & we had to pay £5 for eight go's which we personally think this should off been included in the entrance price. After a few goes he got bored with it. Myself & my grandson went on the carousel. l sat on the frog which was on the outside, & l came off soaking wet because no one had informed me that there was an hole above me & obviously the water what was laying on the top was pouring through. This really did not please me because l had to travel home wet & cold.
