Staff friendly and helpful, everything clean and the water park was really enjoyed by the kids. I always struggle with the price as it does seem steep when you take into account the overall experience. However, most importantly, the kids loved it and the animals all look well looked after. We will be going again.

Great day out but a little expensive for a zoo without the big animals (lions, tigers, gorillas) Brilliant for kids as lots of play areas!

Really good for little kids. Is getting a bit pricey for admission. Spark not really worth extra should be included in admission. Splash pad great in the summer.

Visited over the weekend, crowds were very low so able to walk around almost on our own.
Range of animals are great and massive play centres are a bonus. However, the entry price doesn't fully give great value for money.
This is a half day park and you'd struggle to be here for many hours.
Our daughter is 9 this year and I wouldn't recommend taking any child over this age. The park is very much designed for a younger target audience.

Not a huge variety of animals to see. The camels, the only large animals were in a fairly small enclosure. An expensive visit to a play park and then found other things inside that you have to pay seperately for.

I took 4 kids between 11 & 2 years old all 4 had the best day we were there over 7 hours! Animals, rides, excellent play area & splash area. I think the new spark bit is over priced for what it is £2 per child & theres not much to do we were in there 15 minutes to get the moneys worth but glad we saw it... but wouldnt bother next time. It wasnt that busy at all for a Saturday & we used clubcard vouchers for most of our entrance so we had the perfect cheap day out. Definetly return again soon.

Had a fantastic day here with my family wife daughter and granddaughter. We booked a couple of weeks in advance and saved a good amount well worth doing. But compared to other similar zoo parks it's already a lot cheaper. We had easy free parking and after a very small wait getting into the park used the toilets which are very clean and well maintained. There are so many animals to see. Good quality food outlets at very reasonable prices. Lots for little ones to enjoy lots of rides to go on just like the old funfairs. We paid £5 to pan for gold lots of fun sand water and at the end you weigh it in and got a medal. Sat at one of the many table and benches and had an ice-cream others a hot drink then finished up with a train ride. It's a fun safe enjoyable day out the time raced away and time to head home. Could have easily stayed hours more. Well worth a visit for young and old. I will be going again in the summer holidays in sure.

Little baby girl (1 year old birthday) LOVED it. Sensory room was brilliant and loved whole day. Restaurants were reasonably priced, rides enjoyable and obviously the animals themselves all went down well. Highly recommended.

Went there yesterday with my disable mum, expenses, certain area not easy for wheelchair, certain animal enclosures were tired and dated ,train ride was uninspiring nothing to look at except camels in a small and not good enclosure, lady who run train was lovely and very helpful 5 stars for that lady, may go again but need alot more money.

Brill place to take the kids (lots of nostalgia from when i was young). However, I'm not sure the overall experience is quite worth the high ticket cost. Hence 3 stars...
