Our integral washing machine broke just before Xmas. DB Domestics had one in stock of the make we wanted but we were only available for delivery and fitting on one morning. DB Domestics went the extra mile to ensure we were accommodated at that time. The fitters were their usual fast, efficient and cheerful selves (this is our third kitchen appliance from them) and I can strongly recommend them for fair pricing and excellent service.

Excellent service from beginning to end from sales assistant Tom we we're going to have a display but he went out of his way to get us one in a box fantastic then on delivery and installation the guys we're so informative showed me how the cooker worked this was fantastic they removed all there rubbish 🗑 would certainly recommend D B Domestics to friends and family

Very helpful and friendly team - both in the Shop (thank you Darren) and their fitters! I had hoped my integrated oven was repairable but sadly too old to be worth the cost...but even when my first choice of new oven that I ordered online with DB Domestics didn't fit (no fault of theirs) they were super quick to measure and order the correct model for me and fit the next day! Saved my Christmas Dinner this year!

Had to replace old gas cooker urgently and un expected .Viewed on excellent web site over weekend.Went to showroom and met Darren who understood our situation and was very helpful.Viewed a large selection and chose the one we liked.The cooker was delivered Tuesday evening and a fitter arrived first thing Wednesday morning all as arranged.All fitted within an hour and old one ready for collection.This company never changes are most efficient and customer first friendly.So a big thank you for your service and all this just a few days before Christmas and during these difficult times.So if you need what they have, do not hesitate .Thank you to Darren for all your help.Happy Customer wishes All of you A Happy Christmas and a even better New Year.

Perfect experience from ordering over the phone to delivery and installation. They have a great selection of appliances to meet most people's preferences/needs.
