Amazing service. I phoned in the morning saying I needed a fridge freezer delivered quickly. The staff listened to my requirements, made suggestions and got it delivered that afternoon. The guys who delivered it had to work hard to get it fitted in but we’re fast, efficient and cheerful. Will always go back there…..have used them for many years.

DB are a pleasure to deal with. Immediate and helpful telephone response to enquiry. Cost of first visit clearly stated and terms for parts and labour charges. Prompt first visit as agreed, clear assessment of problem. Indication of time required to source part given by technician. DB contacted me to arrange to fit the part. This was carried out as promised. An excellent service. DB will be my first call in the event of any future appliance repairs.
