When we visited the shop in Eastbourne it was very easy to order what we wanted and to have it delivered on the day we wanted. The delivery/installation team turn up in the allotted time and were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Ordered through DB Domestics as it is a family firm and always has a good selection of appliances to actually go and see. Ordered a fridge freezer and double oven for my elderly mother together with fitting. The gentleman who fitted both was very nice but I was disappointed that a promised first slot of the day did not materialise and the fitter turned up at 1.30 instead of around 10.00am. Fortunately my sister was able to stay with my mum for the fitting a bit longer than planned but there was no notification from DB Domestics of the revised time of arrival which caused unnecessary stress.

Not an easy job to get the cooker in plus the icy conditions out on the road but the 2 men were so good at looking at options rather than saying they couldn’t do it. One shelf adjustment and in it went 😊

Ordered a new double oven from DB Domestics on Friday 02 December 2022 and took out an extended warranty for an additional £98. I was expecting to wait at least a week for delivery and installation, but NO this was done on the Monday morning (05 December 2022). The old oven, a Belling double oven of some 40 years old, was taken away and the new double oven fitted into the existing eye level oven cabinet. There was no extra charge for installation or for taking away the old oven.
The delivery/installation men worked quickly and efficiently, and told me what I had to do initially to 'burn-in' the oven/grill elements.
Overall an excellent service with a very resonable overall price compared with many other kitchen appliance suppliers, I had investigated.
Highly Recommended.
