Highly recommend these people. Oven broke, spoke to lovely woman on the phone who gave clear advice about repair costs. However decided to pop along to the showroom and chose a new one, which they fitted within days (as it was in stock). Fitters were professional and polite.

So helpful in store and then again delivering the two items (one of which was very large and heavy) all done without complaint even though they had to get them up a flight of stairs. Something Curry’s couldn’t do!!!

The engineers inspection identified electrical work was required which through internal communication problems resulted in multiple visits by Rob the engineer. These problems were overcome by Rob who turned what would have been stressful into a positive experience. As elderly people we rely on technical help and support from firms such as DB Electrics - over a few days we spoke to Dan and various other staff all of whom were a credit to DB Domestics.

An appointment was fixed within 24 hours which was brilliant! We had visitors staying at our home but couldn't cook meals with a faulty oven. DB Domestics saved the day for us. The engineer was fast and efficient. Oven element was replaced and all is now well. I would recommend DB Domestics without any hesitation! Thank you.

My Miele, 20 years old, ended its life. I ordered a newer model Miele that day and it was delivered the following day. The install got delayed due to a faulty water inlet valve but that was fixed on the same day and install happened the next day. Truly a great experience. I new I would get another Miele and I knew I would go to DB to get it. Very happy.

Very helpful in finding me a speedy slot to check my washing machine and delivery of a new one. Telephone manner was courteous and helpful. The delivery though, my kitchen looked a complete mess, with dirt all over the floor and the sides and nothing put back where they’d pulled stuff out. They didn’t remove the tumble dryer either that I was told would be included. I wasn’t there for the delivery so I came home to it.
