Ordered Polti steamer arrived none functioning have asked several times for a pickup and refund .not replied to any of my 5 emails so far . Also advertised item as being in stock and next day delivery possible neither was true. Now been picked up as requested and refund processed. Thank you

The installers has difficulty in connecting the washing machine to the cold flow pipe due to the tight space but overcame this by using a longer connector. I was given a quick rundown on the operation of the new machine. Also I had very good service at the shop when viewing machines & their various programmes.

From start to finish DB Domestics were brilliant. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and clear about the plan for action and the timescales. As promised, I had a phone call when she said she'd phone and the work was booked. The engineer arrived on time, was personable, quick and competent and, as he discovered one part was not required, I had a very prompt refund. I couldn't fault the care and professionalism and would recommend them highly.

We were told parts were on order, but goods never arrived as they were obsolete. Why did they engineer not know this as we were expecting a delivery.

Fantastic! My Dyson vacuum cleaner was pulsing when I pressed the button. Thinking it might be a battery problem, I took it in for them to look at. They knew straight away that it was to do with blocked filter, which hadn't been changed for over 8 years. A replacement filter cost me only £10 which I was happy to pay instead of having a repair done.
