Good service and delivery on time. But the engineer who was installing the washing machine helped himself to a saucepan from my kitchen cupboards, to collect dirty water from the old machine. He could have asked me, as I was only in the next room and I popped into the kitchen a few times. I think it is rude to just help yourself to items from a customer's kitchen. Good job it wasn't one of my best saucepans... But DB Domestics weren't that bothered when I mentioned my annoyance.

Called late afternoon and guy on phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered to deliver next day but couldn’t be there so because of circumstances he booked for next day and promised 1st drop off. Delivery guys were their 1st thing and took old machine away, installed new one and showed us how to use. Highly recommend to all.
