I like the promptness but don't like the fact that I still can't use the laundry machine because I am waiting for alandlords that can be difficult to get. DB should have services of ensuring clients get every help needed to install fully an equipment even if it will involve paying more. So I don't know how good the laundry machine is

Delivery and installation done on day arranged and without fuss however washing machine and tumble dryer connect to the Internet and I was told the driver doesn't do that. We then spent 3 days trying to work out how to connect to the Internet. I would happily have paid an extra installation charge if someone could have done this for me. Think you are missing a trick there DD domestics.

From start to finish the service was perfect! I called late on a friday to ask for an emergency repair to an oven in an Airbnb that I manage which I had guests going in on Saturday morning so was desperate to get this sorted before they checked in and this was all sorted by 9am the next morning.
