Very friendly and helpful staff. New machine delivered within 2 days of purchase and old machine taken away. I would highly recommend buying appliances from this company. I even got £10 off because they didn't have the machine in white so had it in graphite instead.

It only took a couple of hours from my phone call to DB Domestic Appliances to having my washing machine repaired. My washing machine would not spin and was blocked. Very pleased with the workmanship and the low cost. I will certainly use DB Domestic Appliances again!

I called DB for help with a washing machine that had quit. They promptly booked a visit to evaluate the problem, which turned out to be a failed belt. The technician ordered the replacement part and within a week was back to replace the part and put the machine back in working order. Every step of the process was great; excellent communication, friendly service, efficient efforts to address the problem. I highly recommend DB.

John was very prompt to contact me when we sent a request and gave me very critical advice regarding our washer/dryer that was broken, which has now resulted in my partner and I having an extra 5-6 years of being able to use the washer dryer. Any Hoover problem, then this is the place to go in Eastbourne. The issue with our Dyson, which required a new motor, was swiftly diagnosed and repaired, and at very fair price. Exceptional courtesy includes friendly and expert help and being kept in touch with progress. DB have been open on Seaside for decades and has been trusted by successive generations of locals for repairs and new product. We are fortunate to have places like this.

I took my broken Dyson hoover in to see if it could be fixed and it was a positive yes we can, excellent repair the same day, saved me a lot of money because I didn't have to buy a new Dyson. In my opinion it is not worth looking around, just go straight to DB, they wont be beaten on the repair or the price, excellent staff and technicians, it really is a one stop shop operation, the staff I dealt with added value to the organisation.

Tony called ahead of arrival and promptly got on with the repair as soon as he arrived. He came with the parts needed, so not necessary to return again. Inspected the dishwasher as he carried out the repair and gave advice and tips as he went along. Very pleased with the service and a reasonable price too.

Our dishwasher broke down and a repair man came the day after contacting DB Domestics. Unfortunatley
the machine had a call back issue with Bosch which after investigating was unsuccessful, DB Domestics were as helpful as possible in trying to locate a needed part but it was no longer available. Therefore we needed to purchase a new machine. We discussed our requirements over the phone and the next day a new one was delivered and fitted. All to our satisfaction. Thank youj

Had great advice in store when replacing an Electric Induction Hob.
Men who delivered were wonderful - identified the power on the new hob was not compatible with the socket so arranged for a replacement to be delivered immediately and all was sorted so promptly.

I was incredibly impressed by this company who helped repair my broken washer-dryer. They were highly recommended to me by a colleague and I can see why they have such a stellar reputation. In terms of customer services they were polite, kind and upfront about the process. I was also impressed by their fair pricing and how they advise you on whether it's worth the cost of repair or not. The technician Kieran was professional and considerate and my machine is now working properly again!
