They were a godsend when I found myself in a tricky situation. My freezer packed up and I needed one the same day. It is integrated and could not be fitted until a few days later. I found the perfect freezer in the shop and it was delivered the same day and fitted a few days later. I was reassured that should there be any problems with the integration, they would endeavour to put it right or replace the freezer. This hasn't been necessary but it's reassuring to know they are so helpful.

Good website, excellent customer service (online sale and installation arrangements), a little expensive, but recipient satisfied and installation went smoothly, albeit somewhat later than agreed. A minor quibble is that FULL payment is required in advance ... a deposit and balance on delivery/- installation would be the norm.
