I ordered online & received a call the next morning advising that my new washing machine was on order. When the machine came in I wasn’t ready for delivery as my kitchen wasn’t finished. DB said no problem just call when I’m ready.

Visited Monday 18th March, oven heater element in hand mentioned the brand "Indesit" and a gentleman handed the lady who had only greeted us a replacement. Incredibly speedy, very friendly welcoming staff. Highly recommend visiting for any spares or repairs.
