I found DB Domestics to be always polite.
I purchased my Miele Washing machine late Sept and it had a fault. It took until mid Dec to sort it out. Most of this was Miele dragging their feet and being awkward/incompetent. DB Domestics fully resolved things to my satisfaction and for this I am pleased.

This company is extremely five star. Helpful, good value for money, polite and the shop has a large variety of appliances I was impressed give them a try. I drove to Eastbourne from Sidcup to get what I wanted which was a black tumble drier as there were not any available in my area.

I am delighted with my American fridge freezer. The staff at DB Domestics are knowledgable and talked me through all the features to decide the right one for me including measuring to make sure if would fit. On the day of delivery, the men had to take an internal door of its hinges as well the doors of the fridge freezer to get the appliance inside! They took a great deal of care to make sure it was set up and working correctly. I would throughly recommend DB as it is my 'go to shop' for anything electrical because of the service they offer.
