Today I attended an on-line training session with Teri Sayers-Cooper from Creative Force the subject was risk assessing for the safe reopening of your services. I would recommend this training session to anyone that has to write risk assessments it gets you thinking about risk and how to mitigate against them. I found that I actually knew more than I thought I did. The different styles and pace was perfect and I really enjoyed the breakout room section where I could use my existing and new knowledge to run through what we would consider for a Covid related risk assessment of a premises. Thank you keep up the good work. Linda Baker Volunteer Coordinator East Sussex Fire & Rescue.
Reply from Creative Force: Linda it was such a pleasure having you at the session, and really appreciate this review from someone who does the amazing work that you do. Thank you so much!
I've just finished an on-line training session with Teri Sayers-Cooper from Creative Force. The session was fun and informative, giving me the tools I need (and renewed my enthusiasm) to make the most of the promotion opportunities for my Charity, the Sussex Cancer Fund. I would definitely recommend Teri as a knowledgeable and friendly training provider.
Reply from Creative Force: Jo it was really good to meet you. Thank you so much for coming and writing such a lovely review.
Teri at Creative Force generously gave some of her valuable time to me earlier this week.
She was helping me unravel an increasingly busy schedule and work through my priorities.
She was really lovely and I felt instantly relaxed in her company. She understood what I did and through a mix of interactive fun and chat, we unravelled my busy mind and put me back together.
I had a much better understanding of how to prioritise my workload and create better boundaries.
I will definitely be recommending her to others.
Thank you again Teri!
Reply from Creative Force: You are so welcome, Christelle. Pleased to have been of help and it was a real joy working with you!
During lockdown I have been struggling to sort my thoughts. I can honestly say I'm on a roller coaster of emotions. Teri gave me a wonderful session today, she really helped me to pull the positives out from all that is out of control... She even gave me homework! Teri is patient and so kind, I highly recommend her.
Reply from Creative Force: You are so welcome. Thank you for being game and trying something different. Glad it helped you to sort some of the wheat from the chaff!
I have just had a 30 minute introduction on Zoom with Teri from Creative Force, if like me in the past I have not really got to know so much about creative Ideas as never thought it was me, but I have been totally amazed I have been so intrigued about it all since I booked with Teri after our on line networking meeting last Thursday, she is so kind and passionate and people said it would be very interesting and extremely helpful and it sure was totally interesting and you come away thinking out of the comfort of your closed box you feel safe with, she promised to get me to think way out of the box and I did with incredibly creative ideas, one word Sunflower
Thank you Teri I look forward to speak again soon

Reply from Creative Force: It was an absolute pleasure, Debbie. Glad that you both enjoyed the session and took some valuable insights away with you . That's what we're here for!
I would like to sing the praises of Creative Force. I've been a member of the International Voice Orchestra for about 4 years and yesterday evening we had the privilege of singing at the Eastbourne Holocaust Memorial event. We sang a beautiful arrangement of Bridge Over Troubled Water which has long been a favourite of mine. We are so fortunate to benefit from the support, encouragement and all-round loveliness of Teri, ably supported by Kate as well as the amazing talent of Lena our singing director. I would encourage anyone who thinks they'd like to sing in a group, but perhaps feels hesitant about doing so, to come and give it a go. We're a really friendly bunch and sometimes there's cake too!
Reply from Creative Force: I neglected to say thank you! So thank you!
Teri did an absolutely amazing job of organising SpeakUp Forum's Big Event last year with a film theme. It was fun, creative, got people learning and talking. We got tremendous feedback. Would have Creative Force back like a shot!
Reply from Creative Force: I neglected to say thank you! So thank you!
I have worked with Teri as an artist on a number of Creative Force projects and it has always been a brilliant experience. Teri has incredible commitment to everything she does, bringing huge amounts of enthusiasm and energy which infects everyone involved. One of the things that impresses me most is her ability to think about all the possible connections a project can make, bringing diverse communities together as co-creators and audiences and to whom she provides very caring support. Teri and Creative Force are a tremendous asset to Eastbourne and beyond, full of innovative ideas and with the passion to carry them through to fruition.
Reply from Creative Force: Sorry for not saying thank you! Really appreciate it!
Teri is a powerhouse! Creative Force worked with Sacred Heart School, Hastings to set up and lead our first ever Marianne North Week. It was an incredible success and included (but was not limited to) children visiting Kew Gardens, working with an artist, exploring the gardens of the school (and Marianne herself!), researching Marianne North's life and having ALL their work exhibited for parents and public to see. Creative Force worked with us in such a way that set us up to now be able to run Marianne North Week ourselves and it is still going strong. I would not only recommend but actively encourage people to work with Teri and Creative Force to create inspiring and well organised workshops and theme weeks for schools! All the kids loved her and the staff enjoyed working with her.
A massive THANK YOU from Sacred Heart!
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you Tessa! I know you've even done Marianne North week online this year. So pleased!
Creative Force is indeed a Force to reckon with! Teri is a great communicator and finds unusual projects to manage. I was involved with the Marianne North project as a volunteer in the local school and at the Bohemia Walled Garden. What is so great is that this project continues ....the school having a yearly week to re-engage with the project. The project shone light on this amazing Victorian hero. She was little known but is known so much more now! There is an excellent book about her.
as a volunteer I felt very valved.
What was different about this project was working with Teri one felt really part of the team. Also it is sustainable and has possible new projects growing for the future.
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you so much Mary. It really means a lot to know how much people enjoy the work we do. Gives us extra umph when we know we're connecting!
I have worked with Creative Force on two projects now- Marianne North (very large arts programme) and Airships- the management, creativity and organisation was fantastic. Real support from them towards workers and volunteers and a joy to participate in the projects!!!
A really amazing, supportive, appreciative, proactive and hugely creative organisation- one to keep an eye on. They are going places !!!!
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you so much, Rachel. As I've said to others, we are so lucky to work with amazing people. It wouldn't be the same without them.
Creative Force guided by Teri is truly inspirational and heartfelt! Any project Teri organise would create a swirl of energy of discovery, compassion, art and community spirit. Women of The World, Mariann North, International Voice Orchestra, multiple workshops and conferences to mention among others.... We need more of Teri!!!
Reply from Creative Force: We work with amazing people, Lena!
This is a great business to be associated with. Teri works tremendously hard and has so much enthusiasm for every project that comes her way. She is full of great ideas and has the energy and wherewithal to carry them out to an extremely high standard. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the business to anyone.
Reply from Creative Force: What a lovely testimonial! Thank you so much Sue.
I've come across Teri in various guises; she's very versatile and certainly thinks creatively! Firstly we worked together and ran Friends Against Scams awareness sessions. Teri always presented really well, and listened to her audiences, signposting them to further information if she could not answer a specific query. Then we joined her and the wonderful International Voice Orchestra for about a year; sadly other commitments meant we had to step away but we miss Teri's enthusiasm and organisation of the IVO so hope we can return. Finally, she's worked with David Ruddle at tboe, running presentations for nervous organisations who want to maximise their online presence using his website. I can thoroughly recommend Teri; she can turn her hand to most things. In fact I'd like to work with her on a few projects to bring some fun into my work life!
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you, Elaine. I'd forgotten how many guises I'd met you in!
Teri from Creative Force is one of kind! She is passionate, personable and a totally wonderful lady interested in people and history and everything in between. She came to do a wonderful Marianne North Talk at Mugshots Cafe and left guests in awe she was brilliant. Teri is engaging and incredibly creative so lives up to her Business Name and some. Can’t wait to have more workshops, classes and evenings with you Teri!!! Keep up the wonderful work you do!
Reply from Creative Force: Bless you! What a lovely review. Thank you, Kiran. I'm positively blushing :)
Teri’s approach is professional and relaxed. Her fascinating presentation on the adventurer, botanist and artist, Marianne North was so enjoyable. Also the ‘Gasbags Ahoy’ exhibition is another example of the skill and expertise that she possesses to bring to life subjects in history and put them brilliantly into focus.
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you so much, Christine and apologies for not saying so sooner.

Everything Teri works on is like a work of Art for her and her participants – she puts her heart and soul into it.
Reply from Creative Force: I forgot to say than you for this, Marina. I really value your support and lovely testimonial.
Excellent evening spent learning about amazing Hastings explorer Marianne North. Has certainly encouraged me to visit Kew Gardens to see her wonderful gallery of paintings. Excellent and well illustrated talk.
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you so much for your lovely review. Do go to Kew to see her gallery. It is so inspiring!
What an opportunity to get to get to know the story of this amazing woman. Teri is passionate about Marianne North and it shows throughout her talk. Inspiring and informative with a relaxed atmosphere and great visual content. A real gem of an ever was had by all! Thanks for coming !
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you Jo! We are now doing Marianne North presentations across Sussex with the WI's. Can't wait to spread the word about MN!
Creative Force aims to get training and awareness raising across to people in an easy to understand but informative and fun way. There's probably going to be some PowerPoint but Teri, the speaker, won't be reading the text word for word. She'll liven it up and intersperse her talk with lots of information which you can take away and share with others.
Reply from Creative Force: This is lovely coming from someone who is so good at training themselves. Thanks Elaine!

I have attended a number of workshops run by Teri and I love her creative style and the way she gets people “thinking” A true talent is clear when you come away from an event with lots of knowledge that “sticks” long after your have closed the folder. Teri has greatly increased my knowledge on Scams through Friends Against Scams training and helped me better understand the benefits of Volunteering that people don’t always think of right away.
Most recently I attended Gasbags Ahoy and the effort in pulling together such a valuable resource for Eastbourne safeguarding some local history knowledge ensuring it is shared and of course remembered.
Really looking forward to working with Teri to help Eastbourne Business and Community Organisations be the best they can be!
Reply from Creative Force: Thank you, David! A little late but better than never :)
