We required a tanker to suck out one of our sewer pits, called county clean at 5.15pm on a sunday, got the email quote within minutes, responded with a purchase order and advised that tanker was on the way, great service. Simon, great guy, arrived an hour later and extremely helpful, carried out the work we required and, when we had a pump go down whilst he was here, assisted us with pulling it up, clearing it out and getting it working. He stayed until he could see that everything was in order, outstanding workmanship.

I have used County Clean for a number of years for both servicing and emptying .They are very responsive, offer a really great service and bend over backwards to offer the most convenient time slots. Telephone teams are a delight as are the drivers and technicians -The price is right too.

Their customer service on the telephone is very good. Ben is very helpful and has been supportive this year as we had to have 3 calls outs within as manay weeks.
