Straightforward job to empty our private sewage treatment plant but great service end to end.
Our previous contractor, BIFFA, usually automatically visit each year but for some reason have now stopped all domestic work but failed to advise anyone! I contacted CountyClean and a visit was immediately booked for the following week.

Very pleasant person in the office and friendly guys who did the emptying. Turned up on time. We were left in the lurch by Biffa who dropped the contract without informing us, just an automated answer phone message when l called to see when they were coming
