John the County Clean service guy did a superb job emptying our tank. We had had a negative experience with a previous operator from a different company who used to go through the process but the tank seemed as full when he finished as it had been before he started. He fed me lines about rainwater “backing up” and so on. John not only completely emptied the tank - nothing there but a big empty tank ! - but also serviced the gully and the pipelines revealing features of the tank which I had never seen in 40 years of rodding. A completely upfront and professional job . We will continue to use County Clean as they were - represented by John - upfront, honest and entirely professional.

Everything was clearly explained nothing was too much trouble, the advice imparted was given in the best interest of the client.

We have used County Clean for many years now. Long since before it installed a brand new mini-sewage system for us. They de-sludge and clean our system regularly. Always giving us a reminder when it is due and arriving precisely st the arranged time to do the job. The operatives are friendly and very willing to perform what in reality is an unpleasant job. No mess. No fuss. Job done. You wouldn’t know they had been unless you saw them here.

We have our septic tank emptied once a year by County Clean - always in January to minimise damage to the herbaceous border which hides the lid. County Clean's drivers deal very well with the tricky access to our property, and once again the job was done quickly and cleanly.
