I like blackbrooks staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was very windy today and alot of plants and trees had blown over. They can be a little on the pricey side.

Our first visit after "Lockdown ". Loads of friendly helpful staff, and social distancing was well defined. Many many thanks.

My wife and I paid visited recently and was amazed at the number of dead and dying plants that have been left on display. We wanted to purchase some bamboo but it had been left unwatered and was not at it's best. Their seem to be a lack of watering and the plants are suffering. You would think a that they would have watering system installed that does not rely on hose pipes. I have seen garden centres with micro watering systems installed so it should not be a problem, after all they could purchase it at cost.

We drove here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items on offer, it's a lot more than a gardening centre, the staff are lovely , and helpful , they are a little slow on the tills though , which is frustrating , someone complained in a comments section about dogs being allowed in here , after seeing how some humans behaved yesterday, ie no social distancing , effing and blinding by some couple, kids running riot and someone needing deodorant , i'd rather a dog in there anytime ! I took one star off because of the snail pace of the checkout

Good selection of plants, lots of other goods, tools, pots etc. Not used the cafe but it looked very nice.

Staff were lovely but breakfast was a little underwhelming - veggie sausages were pretty awful and a little frozen tbh. Also getting out can take a week!

Lovely place to browse, a lot of nice gifts etc. But the plants there are SO expensive compared with other retail outlets most medium/larger species are about £4/5 more than others, I don't know why they're no better condition wise.
