Overpriced and had to have member card to be permitted to buy a coffee. Bought nothing and declined member card. Discrimination....

Lovely place to walk around as you don't really realise how big it is from outside, great little cafe, huge selection of plants and everything outdoors, a clothing shop and loads more

Very nice selection expected of a large garden centre. Disturbed however by plastic penguin Christmas display playing carols in early October!

Great food. The staff turn the tables with a thorough deep clean and hoover, even wiping the seats down. Very impressed. Seating is set at a good distance to the next table. Due to extra processes it seems that the queue to get food/drink is taking a long time BUT it is worth the wait... plus staff seem to be aware of this and they are hoping to add extra ways of being able to grab that second drink without having to queue again! Luckily for us some attentive staff noticed the frustrations and were able to accommodate and serve us at our table. We cannot complain with that service and we hope they introduce something similar soon (either by using staff differently or introducing an App). Thanks for a relaxing restaurant experience!

Was going to have lunch but rather busy ,never mind spent my money in the shop instead .Christmas department lovely ,bought too much,some lovely pansies also .
