As we had not been out due to covid 19 we were a little anxious about our visit but the staff were wonderful and helpful. There was hand sanitizer which a member of staff asked you to use before entering. All the trolleys were cleaned before being put back out and the number of people allowed in was kept to minimum. We managed to walk round without any problems. Thank you

Large centre with a good range of products, helpful staff and plenty of parking. Good point is that you can pay at the till and gather large items, like bark and compost outside the building, where it's kept on pallets nearer your car. Good idea.👍

Trying to apply covid guidelines however some staff aren't really clued up it seems. A real shame especially when it comes with the customer facing environnement in the cafe. Selection of plants was also average. We went on a Tuesday.
