I visited yesterday, taking an elderly gentleman of limited mobility out to buy some flowers for his small patio. On his behalf, I'm expressing public thanks for the kind assistance offered by the Blackbrooks floor staff, especially Connors for his patience and advice helping us choose plants also, spotting that we'd picked entirely the wrong compost, he changed it for the correct mix. Well done the cheery, patient young chap on the tills. Sorry I didn't note his name. He had just returned to work after an operation so he'll know who we're referring too! All of you helped make the gentleman's day.

Very good. Well stocked and I really like the new layout with the large 'garden room' in place of the cards and books near the restaurant. A calmer space by the restaurant.

First time visitor, a huge selection of plants, I think more obvious signage would help as I struggled to find the checkouts but will definitely be back when the weather warms up!

Very quiet when I visited. It was a Sunday so was surprised at lack of customers. Cafe was closed as was Roman. Not sure if Roman opens in the week or was closed because of lockdown.

I just wanted to leave a review for a young man called Joshua who helped me select a fire pit for a Christmas present. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the firepits and BBQs and didn't try to fob me off with anything. He was patient and understanding and if all the staff at Blackbrooks are as helpful and professional as he is then I can't recommend them enough. Well done.

They should check the fairy lights working before they sell them because I had to go back three times with the same set to get them changed because they would not work not happy with the service..

Beautiful garden centre, a tad expensive, but, you get what you pay for as the saying goes! The cafe, when open is fab and caters for all dietary requirements.
