Certainly worth a visit if you are in Eastbourne! This restaurant has stunning views and even better food. Even though it was clearly heaving when we went, our server Hannah made sure to speak to us about our trip and even gave some fab recommendations of where to visit in the local area. Will certainly be coming back!

I've been here a few times and every time the food has been wonderful. Definitely recommend. Drinks and food are reasonably priced for the location. Sunday Roast is delicious.<br>You definitely need to book a table as it does get busy.

Plenty of paid parking on seafront Road 2 min walk<br>Lovely decor inside warm friendly modern<br>Seating comfortable inside good views of the coast outside seating great also.Food is well presented good quality average prices staff friendly overall to be recommended for a drink snack lunch or dinner varied menu a happy atmosphere.

Visited Pierre Bistro yesterday with a few of my nearest and dearest, to celebrate my 60th birthday. The staff were very welcoming and polite. There was plenty of space. I'm disabled and have a walker, managed to go straight to the table with no obstacles in my way. The staff were attentive and made sure we had what we wanted. The food was delicious and adequate portions. The staff bought out a birthday cake my daughter had dropped off to them,and they sang along which was a lovely touch. They all said goodbye and happy birthday on our departure. All of us had a lovely evening, and I will definitely book to go again.

Lovely sea view, and that's it, really.<br>We booked for dinner on a Thursday night at the end of August - a bit of a disappointment.<br>Everything in the restaurant looks dated, from furniture and decoration to the cutlery and glasses.<br>By the look of your website, it's looks more glamours than it is.<br>The service was ok, and the music was quite loud for dinner time in a restaurant.<br>The food was average, to be honest, and for the price,we were expecting better. I had better beef bourguignon in our local pub. In general, it's a place for a drink with a nice view. Nothing amazing.

Had afternoon tea at Bistro Pierre, the atmosphere and the food was amazing. The service was good but staff did walk off in the middle of a drinks order, returned with water and then took the rest of the drinks order which was strange but overall a lovely place with lovely staff and a great atmosphere!

Went quite late on an August Saturday evening and just had a few starters to share as we didn’t want a big meal & cocktails. Food was very tasty - maybe a little overpriced. Service was very prompt. Had to queue to use the toilets which was a bit unusual for a restaurant but on the whole I good experience and would dine there again.

Had the deep fried brie and and squid home made coating which was refreshing.very reasonably priced as everything is made to scratch by the looks of it.then we had the honey and mustard pork loin medallions,with green beans dauphine potatoes and a mustard cream sauce with Caremilised granny Smith apple slice and crisp onions.<br><br>It was a delight to eat great little spot right next to the see with great views<br><br>Lots of options I will definitely be coming again<br><br>Think ill be part of the furniture soon<br><br>There was no picture as we started eating as soon as we she the delicious food in front of us<br><br>I rate this place and I know my food

We went to eastbourne international airshow and saw the restaurant so we went in to have something to eat and drink the staff are very polite and professional and for how busy it was service was quick and efficient food tasted beautiful great wat to start the airshow

We reserved a table for both the Thursday and Friday of Airbourne. We got the best one both days!! From the welcome from manager Pablo and his deputy Raul we had a great two days. The food was superb and the service was second to none. The waitresses Ola and Hannah were fantastic but we had Debs all day on the Friday and she was a delight. We can't speak highly enough of this restaurant.
