AP-it has always been the best IT support for me over the years, never fails in advice, support, timing and very patient with me! However, I must really sing Andrew's praises very loudly as on Thursday last I dropped coffee all over my lap top. Felt pretty sure I had "drowned it" but Andrew agreed to take a look if I could drop it off, which I did. He was not confident it could be saved but I left it and he came back to me a couple of hours later to the lap top was dead but he had rescued the hard drive. He offered to loan me a reconditioned Samsung to tide me over whilst I decided what to do. Helpful that he offered advice on others he could supply so I took SAmsung home same day. It proved to be perfect and everything I could need so he said I could buy it at an excellent price. Now very happilyback using the new lap top without the hassle of searching on the internet or going to Currys. All so seamless and efficient. Big thanks to AP-it

I can only reiterate what I have written before about Andrew , he is the only person I would deal with regarding any work required on my personnel computer. 100 per cent trustworthy and a brilliant computer technician , would definitely recommend and give five stars. AP-it helped me out of a difficult situation when my business computer crashed and got me up and running in a few days, what a relief. Since then they have built us 2 new computers and cloned across our old computer set-ups so that we have seamlessly moved across to the latest technology which will give us business security for years to come. My laptop has been really slow for some time and I was just in the process of buying a new one until someone recommended Andrew. I phoned Andrew with the intention of getting advice on buying a new laptop but he said he would look at my laptop first. I dropped it off at 10.30am, and by 1.50pm it was all sorted. My laptop is now fast and Andrew has saved me a lot of money! I will use his services again and also recommend him to friends and contacts
