Resonded to my call straight away and booked a quick appointment after explaining what he was able to do and his cost. On arrival at my premises was very friendly and soon found the problem with my computer explaining it as he went along putting me at easy. Explained a fair cost of having to correct problem and took it away for a few days to work on it. Returned as promised and re installed computer in a short time . Knowledgable with no hidden cost, highly recommended.

Andrew Perry of AP-it has been my technology consultant for almost nine years and he has helped me resolve a range of IT issues and problems as I ran my business from home. I have found Andrew to be very reliable as he has always returned calls or responded to e-mails whenever I needed help. This has been provided via remote online assistance or home visits when needed. Andrew has an impressive knowledge of all aspects of IT. Quickly got us back in to our PC on site after a total lock out. Then later fixed several issues slowing windows 10 on the device in his workshop. I'm very happy to highly recommend this expert.

I've used AP-IT a number of times over the years, always found Andrew very capable and good to deal with. This time it was my wife's HP Envy Laptop, with an audio problem that had defeated HP, they were on for many hours failing to diagnose the problem. Andrew fixed it in 28 minutes from a standing start - outstanding service, thoroughly recommended.

I would like to thank Andrew for his assistance in putting together a great spec for my new business computer.
