Impressed. Just used them for the first time, my usual pc experts having ceased trading. I found Andrew (AP-it) to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, a good listener, friendly, efficient, keen to identify the best solution for me, and to have very reasonable rates. I'd had a hard drive failure on my desktop tower. After a very informative and friendly introductory phone call, Andrew identified the problem and offered solution options and price quotes. We decided drive replacement with a solid state drive the best option. This phone call was around 5pm, Andrew picked up the tower 10am the following morning, and returned it up and running 9:30am the day after.

My computer is the heart of my business and during the lockdown, it has been working harder than ever. Though I may be tech-savvy in terms of using programs etc the inner workings of my PC are still a mystery so when I found myself running low on hard drive space with only a fraction of my storage drive in use I was lost. Thanks to Andrew and the free tool he suggested I found the problem and resolved it very quickly. As I always say, listen to the experts they have years of figuring things out even if it seems a quick solution they have probably spent hours trying to make sure it is the most effective solution!

Andrew has over 20 yesrs in IT. He fixed my pc in 24 hours at a reasonable price. Having been in graphic design most of my life and worked with computers since 1979 I can vouch for the depth of his knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone. If he can fix on site he does, if not he takes it to his workshop and his return to customer times are very fast.

As a freelance, I rely totally on a fully functioning PC and other office equipment. Andrew has rescued me many times from hardware and software failures and problems for which I am really grateful. His skill and knowledge are truly impressive and moreover, he gets issues resolved quickly and efficiently. And, unlike other IT technicians I have used in the past, his charges are very reasonable. I called AP-IT after a Windows update on my computer made the screen freeze. Mr Perry came to my home , but needed to take the computer to the workshop. He took it Friday morning and phoned Monday morning to say it was all fixed and he would return it later in the day. He had tried to message me on Friday to show that he already had it working but I must have given him the wrong number and didn't receive the message.
I found Mr Perry to be very knowledgeable and very helpful and would have no hesitation to call him again if I have another problem and I will certainly recommend him to friends that are having computer problems.

I have been an AP-IT customer for several years, and can say that Andrew is very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. The power button on my laptop was stuck and unable to turn on the laptop. He repaired it for a very reasonable fee and amazingly quick - he took the laptop apart and repaired the switch and I was able to pick up the laptop in the same afternoon. I feel very comfortable to rely on his advise. I would have no hesitation to recommend his services to anyone.

I would recommend AP-it 100% for any of your computing requirements. Andrew went above and beyond when I had issues with my laptop (resolved those) and then assisted me in fully custom building a new PC which I requested to meet my precise requirements. We discussed what was important to me (memory/speed/storage etc) in detail and AP-it suggested the perfect machine for my needs. I ordered this custom build PC and it was built and ready to collect only 2 days later!! Superb service, cannot recommend highly enough. I have used AP-it for the past 10 years for my personal and business needs and they always go above and beyond to help the customer. Well done AP-it!!
