Finally how the pub should be run lovely welcoming by New owners with lots of experience.
I had succulent sirloin cooked to perfection ,also a extensive Vegan menu which was nice to see, Falafal bowl was very tasty also .

Away with my adult daughters in Eastbourne for the weekend and found this pub , felt safe and welcomed by the landlord and staff who found us a table so we wasn’t left standing so we stayed the rest of the evening Thanks for a good night brilliant customer service!

Had a great lunch at The Crown and Anchor yesterday with a group of us before going to the theatre. The atmosphere was great, roaring fire. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant 2 hours. Will certainly come again and definitely recommend.
