Sarah runs her own busy practice, Five Seasons Acupuncture treating all sorts of ailments that people require her help with.

The ancient practice is based on the concept that for good health our bodies should be in balance and harmony and acupuncture helps to improve this balance by moving ‘qi’ or energy creating a smooth uninterrupted flow of the body’s energy.

Just a few years ago acupuncture was still considered by some as a ‘last resort’ to a medical diagnosis but with mounting evidence against this claim it’s now a widely practiced the world over with over 2.3million treatments being carried out by British Acupuncture Council members alone, including our very own expert Sarah Hebblethwaite.

With Acupuncture awareness week fast approaching (25th February to 3rd March) why not find out how Sarah can help you, or someone you know to improve their wellbeing.
