The second series of The Only Way is Essex will be returning to our television screens!
The popular ITV2 show had a mixed reaction here when it screened the first series, with many loal people unhappy at the way the county's men and women were portrayed.
However, the Essex tourist board reported a massive 140% increase in visitors to the county since the show's broadcast.
The 2nd series of the controversial programme starts on Sunday 20th March on ITV2 and will be set in local popular hangouts, including the WAG favoured Faces nightclub in Ilford and the Sugar Hut in Brentford.
The show's last series faced local criticism as it lived up to Essex stereotypes of hair extensions, fake tans and designer watches.
Narrated by Basildon girl, Denise Van Outen, casting nights for new stars were held in February and filming of the series started this week.
