All employers are required by law to display a HSE Health & Safety Law poster, the basic guide on how Health and Safety law affects the workplace. The HSE published a new simplified version in April 2009 and after a five year grace period of change all old versions need updating by 5th April 2014.
The new version features a unique serial number and holograms you can be sure its a genuine version. It tells workers what they and their employers need to do in simple terms using numbered lists of basic points and full colour pictures. Its made of encapsulated biodegradable material and is available in A2 and a new A3 size.
