Primark is coming to Chelmsford!
Popular high street chain Primark is the latest confirmed store to come to Chelmsford's High Chelmer shopping centre.
The Primark shop will occupy the main anchor unit in the shopping centre, currently occupied by JJB, and will open in autumn 2012.
The JJB store will be relocating to a smaller unit within the shopping mall.
The Primark confirmation follows the recent announcement of John Lewis confirming their site in the centre and the successful letting of other units in the centre to a variety of popular high street stores which include La Senza, Miss Selfridge, New Look, Office, Republic, River Island, Topman and Topshop.
The success of the High Chelmer shopping centre in securing such a great mix of High street favourites is sure to be looked on favourably in Chelmsford's latest bid for city status.
