Cannock Chase Council is delighted by the announcement that the Sport and Venue Programme for the Birmingham 2022 Games is confirmed, with Cannock Chase named as the venue for the mountain biking event.
Cannock Chase District Council today warmly welcomed the announcement that Birmingham’s bid to stage the 2022 Commonwealth Games has been successful. It is likely that the mountain bike events will be held on Cannock Chase and so we will be part of the Games.
Cannock Chase parkrun started on 19 November and in its first week attracted over 550 people, making it the 7th largest parkrun in the Country.
