Attended for a 50th Birthday party and have never been looked after so well! Bethany (Manager) Was attentive and really made us feel like a part of the family! She really made our night, and we will certainly be back! Thank you Bethany!

We recently stayed as we were visiting family and we’re so impressed with the hotel, staff and food. The staff weee so pleasant and you felt they couldnt do enough for you. We were impressed with the quality of the food including breakfast and our room was exceptionally clean and comfy

I have lived at this hotel for the last two weeks. Being away from home is a very difficult time. However the staff in the hotel made it a superb experience. Can't thank you all enough. Especially Aymen, the chef. He has catered for my every need, has always delivered my breakfast to me in the bar with a smile and welcoming words. My whole experience has been home from home. PS the room was lovely aswell with all the amenities I could need. Highly recommended to all!!

I came on Saturday, we had an amazing meal! Our sever deserves a special shout-out, her name was Bethany, AMAZING SERVICE!! She made sure all our food was perfect. We were made to feel at home, nothing was too much to ask.✅

Business stop over to use conference room for business training. Was woken 130am by fire alarm walked to reception and into car park. No management of fire alarm and no comms. Walked back in to enquire and told a false alarm … why this couldn’t have been shared as walked past reception? Zero sleep that evening and full day working in the conference room was highly disrupted. Have to return in April bit simcerely hope no repeat

Server Bethany was amazing! Visited at the weekend and will definitely be back! Food perfect service perfect five stars I think this place would make a great wedding venue next time I would definitely book a room as I felt really well looked after.

Visited last month with a group of friends food was top notch, lovely welcoming staff and great atmosphere. Our waitress Bethany was a great help with suggestions off the menu. Efficient with our drinks and had a lovely smile. Would recommend to anyone to pay this place a visit.

We came for Valentine’s Day on Saturday, it was lovely had a great time we were looked after by Sophie and Lez who were fabulous.
Food was great, very tasty especially the starter.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here very much! Super-clean room and huge comfy bed. Great shower and bathroom. All sleek and stylish!
The bar area was busy and welcoming and the barman Lez was excellent. He knew all about the different gins they stock and served us efficiently. We asked for ice to take upto the room to keep our bottle of fizz cool and he brought us a special ice bag/bucket and glasses. Thankyou again! We will definitely choose to stay here again.

We came last thursday for my husband’s birthday at the recommendation of some of our friends, and we had a lovely time! The food and drinks were excellent and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, thank you to carys for helping us out and making our night so enjoyable. Only downside is last orders were called at 10:30 and the bar closed earlier than we thought- other than that we had a lovely evening and will definitely be returning!

We held our conference at this venue last week. We always hold them here due to the handy location, nice surroundings, good refreshments, good technology and helpful staff both before the meeting and on the day. A special thanks to Jessica who dealt with our booking and was very helpful and friendly. We will be holding future events here. Thanks again

Had a fabulous time at the village hotel staying for the parklife festival with my friend. The room rate was really good and we had a double bed each which was fantastic . The room was spotlessly clean. During my stay the staff were exceptionally friendly especially Maxine who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return !

Lovely hotel and reception staff very friendly.Bar closing at 11 "it's shut"with even residents not able to get a drink after then is not something I have come across.At £141 for a one night stay I would not be expecting t pay extra for car parking in their own car park
