What a fantastic night we had, surprise anniversary, room amazing, fantastic food, staff so busy but really accommodating, Bethany was fantastic, thankyou for making our evening enjoyable, reception staff also amazing, thanks again .

Booked a dble dble (4 adults) room for a girls reunion. Used all the spa facilities and the state of the art gym equipment which was included in the price.
Such a treat for £75! Can’t wait to visit again and take full advantage of any late availability packages, though I’d be very happy to pay full price too. Thanks Team Village :)

I would like to thank everyone at the village hotel for an enjoyable stay, we were celebrating our friends 40th wedding anniversary with their family, we had a lovely meal and made very welcome by the staff nothing was too much trouble, a special thank you to Bethany who made sure everything was spot on , thank you for making the occasion so special x

This is one of our favourite Village hotels,mainly due to the staff.
Not stayed here for awhile and having a night with the hubby for an early valentines treat and anniversary.

This was the third time we stop at the village Bury and I would highly recommend it for its location to get to the surrounding areas. Room was nice and clean bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice and hot with plenty of choice would highly recommend ps good for families.

Amazing hotel with facilities. The beds are massive and very comfy. Large smart TVs and large modern shower room.
Only complaint is I found the room to be quite dark but otherwise food, room and gym were amazing

Everything was ok with the stay but we were with friends celebrating two birthdays.
We were really disappointed that last orders bell was rung at 10.30pm. If we had have known this we wouldn't have stopped here. We were guests and couldn't get a drink after 100.00 but there was a private party which went on until 1.00am I think where they could get drink so why not guests staying in the hotel? Very poor and a bad business decision.
Also i fell in the disabled toilet and the staff couldnt open the door for half an hour as they couldnt find the raidr key. Its a good job I wasnt having a heart attack.

Very good
Large sports (screens) restaurant/bar. Rooms and bathroom very modern feel, quality walk-in shower.
Had to take beer back tasted bad, then wife's chicken salad was returned and replaced (tough chicken in salad). Staff apologetic and acted correctly replacing both without question. Very large hotel. Have to pay to park £5 on top of a higher priced hotel.

Well arrived at hotel at 7.30 receptionist was there to greet me and told me about the room and what was available she gave me my room key card I went to room and it was very warm after arriving I was a bit cold so room was very warm had a shower water just right went out to get get something to eat came back in a receptionist asked if I was ok which was nice went to room to relax restaurant was busy other customers enjoying themselves next morning I came down and went out for a late breakfast as I did not order breakfast at hotel ,the bed was very comfortable not to much noise from other guests I asked to print off a plf for evening receptionist and she told me what to helped a lot and while there ordered takeaway and I was in the bar and male receptionist came in and told me food was here again very nice man to talk to chatty and helpful midway through stay bed was changed and fresh towel left had a great stay as usual will keep staying and I will use the gym next year and maybe have breakfast I had breakfast last time I stayed plenty of choice lots to eat coffee tea juice great breakfast not tried room service so can’t say what it’s like it’s something I might try great Wi-Fi big tv sky channels if your staying in kettle and cups with coffee sugar milk so great stay

Trying to book using a voucher because it a member of the gym and I've been given two contact numbers that no one picks up. Can't email anyone for Help, the "live chat", is just a computer so can't help with any relivent questions.
Shame because the hotel, food and facilities are amazing.
So frustrating when the product is good but communicate or interfacing let's it down.

We have recently had some business meetings at the hotel, Asha has been very accommodating in ensuring all of our needs were met, especially as we had to change our requirements last minute due to covid.

We came for the first time in October last year, we came back because we had such a lovely time. Bethany and her team once again looking after us making sure my sons allergies are always taken care of!

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a great stay.Room spotless,warm and cosy.Sheets and duvet gorgeous with plump pillows.Rainfall shower ,white fluffy towels and gorgeous shower gel.Bar staff friendly drinks excellent Reception staff wonderful a special thanks to Sarah for such a special personal touch really made our stay.Hotel clean and well managed .Great location.Plan to return very soon Thanks to all the staff

We spent our Christmas at this hotel from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day and enjoyed it immensely
Our room was very comfortable as well as stylish and very clean,which is quite reassuring in the present climate
It has been a long time since we visited a hotel with such lovely staff , they were so cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them , they are a credit to this hotel and it made our stay most enjoyable
We ate in the bar and grill on Christmas Eve and the food was delicious,with very generous portions and beautiful presentation. Our stay was good value for money and we look forward to staying again in the near future

I hosted a hoedown at the Village hotel Bury.
It was a pleasure to deal with such friendly and accommodating staff fom planning the evening with the help of Jessica and Joanne, to the night time operated by Ryan and Alison
I don't know the names of all the staff other than the above mentioned, Claire and another Joanne, but they couldn't do enough for me that night. The food was delicious so thanks also to the chefs.
I left all my tacky bits and bobs ready for the hoedown,to which Ryan and his team organised and displayed to create the best ambience.
I am very grateful to all that helped this to be such a successful evening and would recommend the Village hotel in Bury as a great venue
Not only that, but one of my sons organised for my husband and I to stay overnight, totally unexpected.
The room was spacious snd adequately supplied with nice en suite, ironing board and hair dryer plus kettle. Not expecting to stay,toothbrushes and tooth paste were available from reception.
