I’ve been a Member for many Years now and the past few months the Men’s changing rooms have been an absolute shambles.. so unclean, 75% of the lockers are constantly broken and out of the 7 hair dryers 5 being “Brand New” only the 2 oldest ones work. This doesn’t reflect on the staff though because they’re all brilliant and always very professional it’s a shame that have to deal with stuff that’s out of their control.. I do want to give praise to one in particular that Being Ami Gibbs she’s been an absolute credit and such a great help when needed, she’s always very polite and never fails to have a smile on her face.

Great gym Amy Gibbs showed me around and made the decision easy. Been 3 months now and it’s 100% the best gym I’ve every been too couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Great hotel great Gym it’s so friendly lovely and clean the changing rooms and showers plus hairdryers are of top spec and the swimming pool and saunas jacuzzi and beds around the pool are beautiful plenty of classes if you wish to join in 😁

Ami Gibbs was amazing with me in the gym. I applied for a free day pass online and came into the gym and Ami showed me around the facilities. She was super helpful and friendly and made me really comfortable and the gym and pool area was amazing. Will definitely be looking to join once I’m back from travelling.

I love this gym and pool - has everything I need. Signed up recently and have been loving it - the service is great as well I was fully supported by Ami Gibbs who helped me sign up and also gave me a tour when I started to ensure I knew everything I needed to!

Ami Gibbs at Village Gym Bury has been absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me out — super friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure everything at the gym runs smoothly. She was always happy to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend her enough — a real credit to the Village Gym team!

It's a great facility. I suffer from anxiety but as soon as I come in I start to relax with a swim and a jacuzzi.

Nice hotel with brilliant facilities the room was modern clean and comfortable the food was decent with lots of options however I wasn't a fan of the old man and young women culture however that's not the hotels fault

Great experience overall would highly recommend and book again. Easy to book, easy to find.
Check in was quick and simple. Receptionist on desk was very helpful. Booked us a taxi to take us to Heaton Park.
We had a Club Room which was very spacious nice en-suite bathroom, clean and tidy with a fan to help keep us cool in the hot weather.
Breakfast was lovely lots of choice to cater for all tastebuds.
Didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool but looked really nice.

Rooms are outdated and old, beds are comfy though. No aircon, 1 window unable to open as broken. Shower had no ventilation to disperse the steam. However leisure facilities were good.
