Travelled from Cornwall to Manchester to check out a car. While all the staff were friendly and courteous without being obtrusive I had the good fortune to deal with Ahmed. Suffice to say I bought the car in my own time with no pressure and am a very happy customer. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending The car sales company and Ahmed in particular. This is the first car sales company I've had a positive experience with. I bought a Vauxhall Astra with this company a fortnight ago. The salesperson, Mohammed was very attentive and made time for me. From his initial interaction on the phone to meeting him to discuss the car on the day he was a friendly, respectful member of staff. We had an open and honest discussion regarding the sale of my used car and the purchase of a new one, made valid points and the negotiation wasn’t met with hostility, instead it lead to an informative purchase being made. I also liked how they ensured you drove away with tax and short term insurance cover, a few less things to worry about.<br>Now with all sales firms, the worry is with after sales care. My new care developed a misfiring issue as soon as I put the car on the motorway; I was initially hesitant to take my car back knowing how hostile some garages can be once they have taken your money. However, after telling Mohammed he told me to get straight onto their servicing team. I’m glad I did, Tony was a pleasure to work with, he gave me assurances the work could be carried out as part of the warranty (I was sceptical, I knew electrical components weren’t covered so questioned this several times to be told they would cover it), he was true to his word and the work was undertaken and I was able to drive the car away hassle free. The car has been trouble free since and I have every confidence in using this company again. Recommended.

Paid a deposit of one hundred pounds to secure my choice of car until funds were transfered that afternoon. Mechanical hitch that was duly addressed straight away. I was kept informed of events by Steve the sales man and I was picked up and driven to finalise the purchase of my car once things were completed as I only live 8 miles away. Signed all paperwork and had everything explained to me efficiently. Even sorted my road tax for me, just having to make the payment for it and was provided with a paper printout until my new owner details are attached to the cars records for the DVLA. Really did not think that I would have my car today but it shows that all the efforts these guys put in pays.

After visiting a few different dealerships, i found this one to be entirely refreshing. I didn't feel pressured in the slightest and was left to browse without being watched over. I was approached by a salesman (Steve) when I was ready to look further into a car. He was happy to run back and forth to get keys for numerous cars and assured me that it was no trouble. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions leaving no reason for confusion. I ended up driving away in a new car the same day! Steve talked me through all the paperwork and explained everything thoroughly. Fantastic, stress free experience!

Brilliant to deal with from day one . Came to view the car , identified 2 small issues ( worn tyre and scratches) . These were sorted without any issues . Brilliant company . Very good experience. Staff (in our case Steve) are friendly professional and fair. Not pushy, helpful with queries and made process very simple. Prices seem reasonable with fair part exchange. I have only just picked up the car so hopefully nothing will go wrong for me to test warranty etc! But so far so good :-)
