Just recently purchased a Mercedes A class, car is fantastic but wish the car valeting team was a little better as there was white specs on the bonnet witch they said they could not get off but I have managed to clean them off with some clay bar and polish.

Starter motor jammed 6 am. 9/9/19. AA called out. After freeing with a tow, AA eventually freed it. AA recommended a new starter. Despite failing to get through to the Service Department numerous times 12/9/19 (only one person on duty) I could not get prior authorisation for repair. I am a Contract Engineer, if I don’t work I don’t get paid. Repairs authorised by myself 13/9/19 and carried out by local garage 16/9/19.
Contacted by telephone from the Car Sales Company, who said despite not obtaining prior authorisation (after numerous attempts) they would, in this instance, honour the repair, which they did.
CSC it is not always practical to leave a vehicle off the road before getting prior authorisation what happens if a) you break down 200 miles from home or b) it is illegal to continue driving the vehicle?

I brought the car a few months back at a great price and from day one the service I received was amazing. I recommended the company to my sister who also purchased a car from them. The way Zaid handled everything was perfect and hassle free. I’ve had to take my car back a couple of times for work and they’ve been very helpful and made things very easy for me. They always give my car a quick clean before I get it back, which is a bonus! My car is in great condition and I would highly recommend the car sales company.

Travelled from Essex to buy the best discovery 4 I could find in the Uk and was so not disappointed ,looked after through the whole process by ash and he was superb I would also like to thank zee and the manager .
