We started our search on gumtree for our car and we came across a car we liked and had been looking at after doing our research we made a appointment to view the car (Ford kuga) as we arrived we was greated and offered refreshments, and then was shown to the viechle and we was not disappointed on what we saw very clean and tidy and Steven Harris was very nice and professional and very informative we was not rushed and was left to discus on our own and inspect the car at our leisure and upon that we bought the car and drove away in it the same day very good service no messing about with paper work was all done for us will defantly be buying any other cars from there in the future.

Excellent customer service from Tony and the repairs team. I bought a car at the end of January then I noticed there was an issue with the clutch. Luckily for me it was still under warranty so they repaired it for me no quibbles. Tony also arranged for me to borrow a car while mine was being repaired and allowed me to pick up the vehicle after hours due to living in Wales. He also give me info on other things that had arisen but were not covered which i understand but thank you and your team for checking for me.

I bought a car from here last year in August and have had ongoing problems. The gear box went and so did the clutch and as a result, I crashed my car. Some of the work was covered by the autoguard warrenty i purchased with the car some wasn't. I have been out of pocket by several other smaller issues. I have rang Bury car sales on occasions for assistance and guidance and requested the staff member who sold me the car, who was less than helpful. However now i have highlighted this issue and further spoken to Tony i have been reassured if i ever need further assistance with any problems these will be sorted out for me. I feel better that my concerns have been listened to and that all the other issues will be addressed. So thank you Tony for restoring my faith, and i do love my yellow corsa 😊.

Had a great experience coming down to the car sales company. I came for a hotch hatch and i was seen by Amad who made me feel comfortable and offered me a car that tailored my needs( Golf R). I will highly reccomend this company to my freinds and family as they have a variety of options to suit any individual and their needs, and i will also come back to especially deal with amad as he made me feel comfortable and gave me great service.

I found this company through Autotrader, they had a number of cars in my price range and had finance options for all of them. I did manage to take the car on the day, but it did take quite a long time to get the finance sorted - this was more down to the fact that I have moved addresses a lot in the last 3 years than anything they were doing.
The car is in fantastic condition, the sales team were thorough and helpful, and they even let me take the car away and then bring it back for a free MOT and service a week later as they hadn't had the chance to do either whilst in had been with them (it was MOT'd up until the end of this year, but they wanted to ensure it was in top condition).
So far the car drives well and hasn't shown any signs of problems, it was extremely clean and tidy when I bought it, well presented and the team were very helpful and accommodating. I have a full service history for the car, very low mileage and paid a great price. Thanks very much!
