I bought an Audi A6 from these a few months ago and to be honest it was one of the best buying experiences I have encountered while buying a car.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful, the car it's self is a great example of a used car in really good condition and at a really good price.
The car did develope an issue with one of the rear led lights which needed to be replaced, but on contacting them they were happy for me to get a local garage (I live around 2 hours away from them) to supply and fit a new one and they paid them direct over the phone.
Just to summarize I am happy with both the service I received and the car I got and would definitely consider them again when buying my next car

Bought a bmw 640d last week from here Chris was fantastic and attentive and left no stone unturned , the staff here were all friendly and in good spirit , we even had some banter about football as I was wearing my United shirt , reallly easy to deal with and highly recommend

Fantastic company couldn’t say a bad word about them. They are so helpful and can guide you and advise you for the most suitable car that matches exactly what you would like. They made things easier for us due to us travelling a long way to the garage and that was very much appreciated. All lovely to speak too and advise rather than pressurise you into buying. Would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family as I have now come away with a shiny white bmw.

My wife was looking for a new car, and we found the model we were after here, after a phone call we decided to make the hour or so trip to view it. We were greeted pleasantly on arrival, and as the salesman we’d arranged to meet (sam) was still busy with a customer a colleague helped us to locate the car and left us to look over it, once Sam was free we had a test drive, and found the A/C needed a re-gas, no problem we’ll sort that he said, my Wife was still unsure, but to my surprise instead of the hard sell Sam said he’d leave us think about it, it was the whole relaxed feel of the garage and it’s staff that helped us to buy the car. We arranged to collect it, and when I arrived there it was all valeted and A/C re-gassed, with a fresh MOT as promised. I’ve been involved with transport and purchasing vehicles for almost 30 years and can hand on heart say that these are the most genuinely nice and decent guys I’ve ever dealt with, and when my car is ready to be replaced I’ll certainly be looking at their stock first. Well done guys, you’ve restored my faith in car dealerships

I was looking for a small cheap to run car as a second car in the household, I was originally looking at c1 and 108, however, I wasn't overjoyed by how they drove. I explained what I needed to Chris and how I didn't like how the c1 drove and instead of insisting I try another he suggested a look at other cars. Chris asked my budget and what I needed and even took my details to call me if something came in a might like (didn't push for a sale once) as i was about to leave we found a great car for me, which matched my requirements and budget. Chris was extremely helpful and never once tried to push a sale on me. I will be recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a new car.

I bought a land rover discovery about a month ago,so far i have had 2 problems with the car low coolant light keeps coming on so they told me to take it Halfords as i bought the autoguard cover after a day in the the garage Halfords claimed it was fixed but problem is still there so i rang Halfords they said take it land rover (autoguard dont pay dealer prices)
So i rang car sales company and they gabe ne a number for a back street garage near me so i decided to take it there and garage said we dont bother with autoguard so problem is still there!!
The second problem was a much bigger issue the air compressor for the air suspension failed so i rang autoguard and they said its wear and tear and we can't cover it after what felt like banging my head against a wall they agreed to pay half the price of £600
And 3 days wasted.
My overall buying experience was good avoid buying the autoguard cover as its not worth the paper it's printed on check their reviews also my part exchange whichwas a bmw 520d was on their pitch within days and sold on,feel sorry for the new owner of that car.
