It’s now that time when your car is on its last legs and after 4 years driving my pride and joy, it was time to renew and replace her.
I spent hours/days visiting different car dealerships. I test drove over 20 cars, dealt with over 10 car sales people and got nowhere. After almost giving up, I visited the car sales company on the off chance.
I was greeted by Emma who from start to finish made me her ultimate priority. She listened to exactly what I wanted from my new car and throughout the entire process went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy.
Thanks to Emma I have thoroughly enjoyed my new car experience. I was never made to feel pressured or confused and would highly recommend this car dealership!!!

Bought a bmw 5 series 2 months ago off Dale, recently it developed a fault so I called up and got it booked in they only had it one day and it was fixed.

Bought a car online /over the phone - salesman was incredibly helpful answered all my questions and arranged to have the car transported up to Edinburgh - unfortunately the hazard lights didn’t work and I thought oh no this will be a nightmare to get them to fix due to the distance - couldn’t of been more wrong - the service manager called me and apologised - told me not to worry - to get a quote to fix and then authorised the garage to fix and bill them direct - all sorted in a week and couldn’t be more happy with the service and communication - highly recommend :-)

Bought an Mercedes CLS turned up the car had an tiny air suspension leak, the service team did everything they could to fix the problem the whole suspension has been replaced with genuine MB parts. Car fixed thanks guys

I had such an amazing service from Abdul, Stacey and Emma. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease. We even had the best conversations whilst filling in my forms etc.. This is the first car I have ever had on finance and I can’t wait to drive away my car!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dale was very professional, knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice helping us to find the right car for us. Nobody was pushy or forced warranties on us. We said no, they respected our decision. Will definitely return.

Called the AA out to a horn that wouldn't work. They determined that the horn itself was broke and that they could not find a 12V supply to it.
They advised me it was illegal to drive a car with no horn and that to do so could leave me open to prosecution.
Car Sales Company - on no account in order to get a quotation am I going to drive a car that does not meet legal requirements and on no account am I to drive a car that is unsafe.
I arranged for a nearby garage whom I trust completely, to pick the car up and carry out the repair. For this they charged a very reasonable £42.72 which included a replacement horn
In this instance the Car Sales Company met the cost of the repair, so 5 stars.
