I looked at buying an Audi from them, but chose not to. The service was mixed, the first time I called they didn't bother getting back to me, the second time I spoke with Longin who was really helpful.
For me when spending £25k on a car I want a decent warranty. They listed the car as coming with an independent warranty from Autoguard, I called Autoguard and they said they longer deal with them. I raised this with them and they now use a company called Motor Protect, which is owned by them. The terms and conditions state they can request the car is returned to them in Bury for repair, I live 300 miles away so wasn't up for this. Lastly as the warranty was no longer independent for these reasons I chose to find another car.

Excellent service from Mark. He resolved the matter within 2 weeks on what was going on since the beginning of the year. He was exactly what they company needed, he responded quickly and kept you informed. On top of that he came to me and personally delivered the SD card. Thank you Mark. Picked up a Touareg today after visiting last week and part ex ing my c class.
Service was very good. Gully was very friendly and acted professional throughout keeping us up to date when the car would be ready.
He kept his word on the couple of trivial issues with the car( missing parcel shelf and small shopping trolley dent sorted)
And we were presented today with a very well polished car looking smart and tidy.
We were never pressed about finance or additional warranties which in my 35 years of buying used cars is a first.
The showroom is well organised, clean and warm. All other staff were well presented and courteous.
A good mix of young and old staff members bringing both new ideas and experience is essential in a modern up and coming business and they seem to have that right too.
All in all a pleasure to visit and deal with.

Just been and collected my vw 4x4 from the car sales company Bury. Longin who helped me every step of the way and showed me round dozens of cars .he was patient no hard sell which I liked,give me loads of time with no pressure. I had a great time with the hand over longin went through everything with me .what a really nice young man and I think he should be promoted. I have never written a review ever but really felt the need to after being treated so nice by a very pleasant young man

I purchased my 2016 Vauxhall Astra GTC VXR with Gully 2 weeks ago, and can confirm this business is absolutely fantastic. I saved the point that I am a fully qualified Vauxhall technician until the very end, had the car on the ramp, no problems with it whatsoever, very impressed and would use this company again. We felt well taken care off. Shaz was very patient with myself, even though I wanted to see a variety of cars and test drove 2. We felt the staff were genuine and very friendly. The car I ended up buying was judged at a fair price on AutoTrader but it said that it was slightly more expensive in comparison. However, we were happy with the car and the service offered and decided to go for it :).

Buying a new car can be a very stressful experience... but these guys are excellent! - I had great service from Shaz who kept me up to date throughout the whole process of buying my Audi RS3. The Car was delivered very quickly from a far distance. Upon test drive i found a very minor issue with the vehicle which at first concerned me, but Graham and after sales team were absolutely amazing and had the small problem rectified the very next day and even did more than they needed to do! I have had the car a few months now and it has not skipped a beat!
