I contact the Carco showroom through seeing a car online Thursday afternoon, with in 12 hours they had organised and had me to come into branch the following day in which I drove away with a new vehicle after having part exchanged the vehicle I had arrived in.
They were so helpful and answered all my questions that I had to ask and left me feeling very confident with my decision. My overall experience was excellent. I dealt with a lady called Amy, who was very kind, amiable, polite and professional, I would have no problem with recommending this company, and I would definitely be using them again.

I visited the Carco showroom for the first time, last Friday. I drove away with a new vehicle on the same day, after having part exchanged the vehicle I had arrived in. My overall experience was excellent. I dealt with a guy called Shaz, who was very amiable, polite and professional, I have since had a dealing with the service dept.,who couldn’t do enough to help. I would have no problem with recommending this company, and I would definitely be using them again

Thank you for all your support! My car broke down during the nursery drop off on a very busy roard early this morning. A kind gentleman from the car co came over and offered to assist. He offered me his car to sit in whilst helping me arrange breakdown recovery.
He then made some calls and arranged for my car to be fixed at the car co. I was overwhelmed by his kindness and generosity in helping me out.
I have just received a call to confirm my car has been repaired. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at the car co, they have fixed my car in a very short space of time. They could see I was distressed by this whole situation and they went above and beyond to ensure I was made comfortable. I would rate them 10/10 and can't wait to recommend there services to all my friends and family.

Absolutely A1 service from Ash at this company. The car I originally looked at and had my heart set on ended up being too expensive, but Ash pointed me in the direction of one similar. I was offered a good price for my car on px and finance was sorted out quickly.
Ash has communicated with me daily right from the start through WhatsApp and has prepared the car to a great standard.
I live in the Scottish Highlands so everything has been done remotely but has still been perfect.

Had a great experience dealing with the staff at the Car Co in Bury, especially Amy. Every detail was covered no grey areas or messing about, going the extra mile to secure the deal I originally was wanting. Alot of choice on offer and a welcome environment.

We found a car and went back the next day to sort out paperwork etc and get the part ex price on ours.
Throughout the whole process Amy was in constant contact with us, when we went to exchange and collect our new car it took a little longer than expected and we had our 5 year old son with us which could have been a nightmare but she was brilliant with him aswell.
This is the second car we have bought with this company and the service is excellent.
We will definitely use them for future vehicles and will be looking to deal with Amy again as she was very personable and a pleasure to do business with.

Bought a Jaguar XF R Sport from The Carco Bury dealt with Muj,he is very professional no pressure at all. Took me out for a test drive while the mechanics checked my Peugeot 3008 that I was trading in. Came back from the test drive and we had a chat about trading mine in,Muj came back with a very reasonable offer and the deal was done. 5star service from the Carco. For several weeks I looked for a vehicle to replace the one I had. I came across this website and a viewing was arranged.
