Our SL was delivered back in January. Really pleased, as we hadn't seen the car, with the overall condition inside and out. Three or four things have since needed sorting out and this has been done promptly and without fuss. Overall we have been very impressed with the experience, service and most importantly, the car we bought.

I don't believe the negative reviews written here. My experience has been fantastic with these guys. I don't work for them and don't write made-up reviews. When i purchased the car the Sales team were great. My car has had 2 issues since I bought it. One was a major issue with coolant that could have occurred at any time. I noticed it and reported it and they fixed it without any issues at all. Brilliant service and repair team. Second issue with a door lock. Guess what??? I reported it and they immediately fixed it. I purchased the car with extended warranty due to it being nearly £25k for the car and I wanted piece of mind. The service guys repaired it without claiming on the warranty and have been nothing other than professional and exceptional. I find it hard to comprehend the negative reviews on here, these guys have been AMAZING!!! next car (a few years away) im going back to these every time.

We picked our new car up yesterday and I must say we are extremely pleased with it. I just bought my car from here yesterday. It was delivered nice and early as I expected. Sam was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make this not only a smooth transaction but also to clarify any issues that I had prior. I hope to come back in the next 5 years for a new car as I never experienced this kind of service elsewhere.

Went there today after speaking to Shaz on the phone. I was met by Shaz when I arrived he showed me round the cars with no pushy selling, left me to have some time with the car I had my eye on. Then he sorted out everything from there on! The best car dealer I have ever had with a BIG heart. Thank you so much see you on my next car!! 5 stars

I really wanted a car that they had in stock, but the distance wasn't practical (especially during covid restrictions) to travel to see and test drive... I was initially very nervous about buying a car online without seeing it... So I did do my research on the company, which all looked okay, so I proceeded.
After I showed interest online, Zeehan contacted me and we had a chat. I had a few questions about what I had seen in the many useful photos online... Zeehan kindly produced a detailed and honest walk around video of the car the following day, which he then sent me via Whatsapp.
There were a couple of superficial things that were rectified without hesitation. I was kept informed and updated, and received photos of relevant documents, etc.
I took free delivery of the car today, and I am so happy with it... I was expecting to see the odd scratch or something that wasn't mentioned to me (and trust me, I was looking), but it is in absolute mint condition!
I just want to take this opportunity to thank Zeehan for all his support and honesty through this process, and for The Car Sales Company for stocking a quality vehicle.
I would definitely recommend this company... For me it made buying a specific vehicle that would normally have been to far afield a lot more accessible.

I bought a car off the ad and unseen and it was delivered to my home across the country. I love the car but there a couple of issues with it that I had to raise. Thankfully they were dealt with quickly, politely, remotely and so far to my complete satisfaction. I was wary about buying a car this way and from a company so far away that I did not know, but it has worked out well and I would be happy to do it again.

I have just purchased a second hand BMW of these guys. They made us feel like we were the most important people there. More welcoming than when we bought a new car from BMW. Rafaels communication with us through out the process via phone email and in person was top notch.
