Having searched the internet for a new car for my wife one Saturday night, I came across The Car Sales Company and found a car on the site which was not what I was looking for but fitted my ideal perfectly. I attempted to reserve the car and unfortunately had a slight mix up with the deposit as it had been double booked with me and another customer. After a short while I was informed that the car was now reserved for me and I set off from the East Coast to head over to view the car (BMW 640d convertible). The staff were very accommodating and waited until I got there to take the car for a test drive, even though this was running into early evening on a Sunday. After a pleasurable test drive and a brief discussion about the car and trading in my BMW was left to take my time over looking over the car and deciding whether we could do a deal. I never felt pressured in any way and Ahmed was always polite and helpful and never in any way felt pressured which was a joy. We did the deal and instead of taking the car straight away Ahmed said that he noticed the wheels needed refurbing and would organise this for the next day to be done and also given a full MOT. this was more than expected but also very welcome. Since the journey to see the car is over 2 hours away, Ahmed also agreed to deliver the car over to me the following day after works carried out. Saving m time money and the journey, again this was more than appreciated. On delivery of the car (and collection in trade in of mine) the delivery and hand over was also very courteous easy. For sales and presentation, I therefore cannot fault the team and a pleasure to deal with. I unfortunately now have a fault with the car, and being so far away from Bury was given the opportunity to have a diagnostic done locally and now a repair, which Graham in the service department has dealt with in total professionalism. This has now been carried out at my local BMW dealers and was covered by the warranty offered. Again, customer service has been excellent. I would recommend The Car Sales company not only for their excellent quality cars but their attention to detail and superb customer service. Many thanks to all the team. We purchased a fantastic looking Mini Cooper from the Car Sales Company having seen it on Autotrader. As we are a long distance from the dealer, we opted to have the car delivered. However, when it arrived, it had several scratches and kerbed alloys (resulting in a tyre wall having a split in it). We discovered soon after delivery, that rain water had made it into the boot. After some emails and phone calls with Graham Banks, one of their helpful service department team, we took the car back to the CSC, where they agreed to put right every single scratch and scuff, and also replaced a Michelin Primacy tyre, with a contribution on our part of £20 (so the car would retain identical tyres on all four corners). Whilst they couldn’t ascertain the cause of the water leak in the boot, this was rectified by a local BMW/Mini specialist. The CSC also agreed to reimburse us for the full cost of the boot seal replacement. So whilst our initial experience of the CSC was s little tainted, their customer service was really good, with regular communication and updates.

Our recently purchased car from the car sales company had to go into the body shop for a repair on one of the doors. The service manager got the car booked in straight away and got the job turned around within the day so we were not left without a vehicle. they did a very good job of the body work, looks like new.<br><br>All staff are extremely polite and professional, we are very happy with our recent purchase from them.
