Longin the hero! Brought a Nissan X-Trail a month ago ( I always leave it a month before reviewing to enable an accurate review. A lot can happen in a month with a pre loved car!) From start to finish Login was fantastic. Great balance of salesmanship and customer service. Always available to answer any questions. Delivered the very next day (300 mile trip) and exactly on time. Car working perfectly. I am a difficult customer to please but Longin somehow managed to achieve it! Any sales business is only as great as the team it employs. I would highly recommend contacting Longin at The Car Co if you are in the market for a pre loved car, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic friendly sales and customer service received during the process of purchasing our new car, Amy and the team worked extremely hard and went above and beyond to ensure we drove away in a car that was in absolute pristine condition. All of the pre work carried out has been done to a top specification making the car look like brand new.
Any concerns raised were met professionally and alleviated with the customers as a priority.

I saw a BMW 3 series on autotrader which i liked and could afford through finance, so I messaged the company about it on Sunday evening, and Longin replied and we had a phone call on monday. He talked me through the whole process and replied to my messages super quickly about any questions. He then went and recorded an in depth video going round the car and showing it off as I live almost 200 miles away. I was approved on the finance and we went through the final steps and even offered me a part ex deal on my 2005 fiesta. Longin then told me that the finance would be cheaper than we expected and that I could have the car the next day and they’ll take my car away for me. I would highly recommend The Car Sales Company for buying a car as it came super quickly and a fresh MOT and all of my questions were answered super quickly and Longin was so helpful and responsive.

I was looking to trade my car to get a discovery 4. I had tried several large dealerships but nobody could get to the figures I needed. I called The Car Co. I spoke to Amy. The car is stunning and any blemishes were attended to , and given how far away we are ( south of Glasgow) most of the paperwork and finance was arranged remotely.
Biggest plus point is that The Car Co feels like a family firm , there is no rush , and it makes a pleasant change to be treated politely .
We took advantage of a service plan and extended warranty , to not only maintain our car but also maintain our hopefully long term relationship with the dealership .

Excellent buying experience from The Car Co . It's a bit of a journey for us ( just south of Glasgow ) but the whole process was carried out with care and professionalism. We'd been looking for a few weeks for a low mileage BMW 640d GC and the car was stunning when my wife and I went to see it .
We got a good price for our old car , and any blemishes on new car ( nearly 5 year old ) were attended to when we collected the car the next weekend .
Our sales contact Muj patiently guided us through the whole process , and given our distance away , we were able to arrange finance and most of the paperwork remotely.

We were pleased to take advantage of the service plan and extended warranty so that we can maintain not only our car but also our relationship with the dealership .

Me and my wife bought a BMW series 1 from the Car Co. The person who helped us with our purchase was Abdul. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful in every way. He was polite, knowledgeable and could not do enough for us. Most importantly, they want you to feel that you’ve been really looked after and we were. More importantly, their after sales service was spot on. There are few companies out there that look after you like these guys do. Our new car is fantastic and looks great. I will be coming back when it’s my turn to swap my own car. You go in as a customer and come out feeling like a friend.

I have had to have the car back into service as there was a stop start issue and a fault light on the the dash.
This has been dealt with in a professional manner and has been resolved promptly.
Graham from service kept me updated on the progress on a daily basis and has been extremely helpful and I wish to thank him personally, he is a credit to the car co dealership.
I will definitely be recommending The Car Co as they have been a pleasure to deal with and have some amazing cars on offer in there prestigious site in Bury.
