Every time I visit for the scheduled car service, the staff are first class. Never left to wait long and always provided with a clean courtesy car. I'm contacted when the car is ready for collection so not waiting around all day. Thanks Lexus! Great customer service every time.

I can't fault the buying experience at Lexus Bolton.
After initially looking at a certified pre-owned UX, Alex Fairclough was able to create a great deal on a new model which met all of my requirements. Clear and professional communication throughout the whole buying process lead to me driving away in an amazing new car!

Can’t speak highly enough of these guys up in Bolton. Since first purchasing an is200 from them several years ago, their sales and service team have been exceptional to deal with. Love the fact that their sales team listen to what you want, and look to satisfy your requirements. Special mention to John Farrington. First time I’ve personally dealt with him - real joy from start to finish. Great listening skills, brilliant communication throughout, and the easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing any vehicle. Give these guys an idea of what you’re looking for, they’ll come up with the goods if they can.

I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing my third Lexus over a period of circa 6 years. These cars are stacks above the competition and continuously improving. I have been a customer of RRG but Lexus Bolton has the best customer dedicated service I have ever came across. I wasn't sure regarding my decision to buy NX 300 until we met John. He facilitated us to the best he could explaining every little query. For me, buying a car has never been such a pleasant experience where customer satisfaction is paramount and ticks all the boxes. All I want to say is, very happy to make the decision to come to you from Manchester. All the best to John and the dedicated team.👍

Update:
The service manager called to see if they could do anything for my bad experience!! Told him It wasn’t worth the trip to have some personalisation done that I can live without. In all fairness, at the time the technician sent a video with recommended jobs, they came and collected my car and as mentioned the manager had tried to rectify and hence changing the review.

No invoice/ receipt was given of the work carried out (albeit a free health check)
They did however include a service quotation of £700+ for 3years, bargain 😬 I think!!!!
Wasted 55miles worth of Diesel!!!!!

I've been dealing with the warm and friendly folk at Lexus Bolton for nearly 10 years and have had a few RX450H's. They are not my local Lexus, but well worth the extra drive for me to deal with people like Chris Eastwood and Paul Servant who always cut me a deal and we shake hands with smiles on both sides. They look after you, have time for you, listen to you, they earn my money, whereas in the past other brands assume your money..which is why I keep going back

We recently bought a car from the dealership. We had a very positive experience with everyone we interacted with and we were particularly happy with Johny Lexus from the sales team. He knows his stuff and had a very nice consultative and non-invasive approach to us as his customers.
