Picked up our brand new NX300H on Friday and we’ve only had it a few days and we are very pleased with it so far! The staff at Bolton Lexus were all very friendly from the very beginning, while we walked around the cars outside several members of staff greeted and spoke to us. When we went into the showroom we were offered refreshments and given the information we wanted. We have visited several other manufacturers showrooms in our quest to find the car we wanted and they are not all this good! Thank you to all the staff at Lexus especially John and the lovely lady Receptionist who made our purchase a nice experience, your a credit to Lexus.

We visiting Lexus Bolton last week to look at the used NX vehicles. John Farrington talked us through the benefits of the vehicle and after driving the car it was very clear that Lexus and this model in particular was the best fit for us. We have been very impressed with the way we have been looked after at Lexus Bolton and John in particular, definitely a great experience, good information and when I collected the car on Tuesday it was a real pleasurable experience. The price was good, the car was serviced, and cleaned both inside and out. I would highly recommend this particular Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a high-class vehicle. I would just mention that the Receptionist was extremely attentive and looked after us both last week and again myself on Tuesday. In this time of Covid measures still, for some, being in place, we felt we had a warm, welcoming experienced.

We've been to so many dealership but the customer service at Lexus Bolton (especially by John Farrington, Chris Eastwood) is just amazing and unbeatable.
They mad us feel very welcomed and help us trade in our old car for the new one with no problems whatsoever.
I'd highly recommend Lexus Bolton if you are looking for a world class customer service.

Bought a New UX from here, from start to finish a fantastic experience. Henry who we dealt with could not do enough for us, and even on the couple of times I have had to call in for advise Henry has bent over backwards to help. Had the car now for 3 months and we love it and cant find a single fault with it, its a dream to drive

I have just completed the purchase and delivery of my new ES and I couldn't be happier. This is my second time dealing with Lexus Bolton for a car purchase, after firstly purchasing a used IS back in 2020 and now a new ES in 2021. Both times I was tended to by Henry Gill, who is truly a credit to the dealership.
We sat down and worked out a great deal for the exact car and spec I wanted, we worked to a good price for it and the whole time made sure I was happy, up to date progress being made and overall had all the information I needed, including organising a test drive in the exact car and spec on the same day. There is a reason why Lexus is renowned for its customer service, and the staff at Lexus Bolton are a perfect example. You walk in and immediately feel at ease, you are always greeted with a smile, everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgable, can't fault a thing.
I am very very happy with my new ES. Thank you to everyone at Lexus Bolton who was involved and made this happen!

Just taken delivery of our new UX. Had the great pleasure of dealing with Henry Gill who from the moment we walked in to look at the car, through the process of agreeing the spec of the car, from agreeing the purchase, the calls updating us on progress, the collection of the car through to an hour long session whilst he went over all the functions of the car, has shown great empathy and patience. Would thoroughly recommend the car, the dealership and the salesman. Will definitely be back when time to change.

Took my RX in for a ATF change that Lexus Stockport REFUSED to do. Technician Darren Manning invited me back into the workshop (following all COVID protocols etc) to look over areas of the car that he noted could be potential problems in the future and gave me guidance on what to do to rectify. Very friendly chap and clearly very knowledgeable about the cars he works on. His health check video was also a lot more involved than Stockport's. Will be taking my business to Bolton in future as they were all a lot friendlier and, although I appreciate it probably didn’t need doing, it couldn’t do any harm, it’s a cheap process and they didn’t try to make me feel like a fool for asking to have it done. Pretty strange that the tracking was off in Stockport and didn’t have it done but was fine in Bolton 2 weeks later?

I took my GS450 today to have some minor works there , although I wasn’t happy about prices but Helen is so polite and professional , Daren always looks after their loyal customers and most of all the head of technician there call Dave ,He is a massive credit to the company, He is so knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to sort my car issue , such a helpful person. I do appreciate it.
