I first approached Lexus Bolton a fortnight ago. I hadn't bought a car in ten years or so and have in the past found the process rather unpleasant; pushing salespeople, barely passable communication skills ['I'll give you a call!'] and attempts to blind me with jargon. I was lucky enough to speak with Candice at my first visit. Friendly but not pushy, good product knowledge and completely reliable. I now have a car and I'm very happy with it. The process was smooth and I don't feel conned in any way. The after-sales care has also been excellent. Highly recommended.

First time at a Lexus Dealer and it certainly will not be the last. From arranging a test drive over the phone, to having the car handed over to us was an absolute joy, we were made to feel important and appreciated. We were looked after from the onset. Candice was our salesperson and we could not have wished for anyone better. Everything was explained perfectly and without any pressure. We were under no obligation at any time, we were just treated so very well. On the day we received the car, the top class treatment continued, and we were given the car in pristine condition. From start to finish the Lexus Team at Bolton were amazing. One person in particular was Candice who communicated with me on every little detail. Candice is a credit to your team . Her customer service and knowledge re Lexus Vechiles is outstanding. She wasn't pushy and was very patient with me. Candice pulled out all the stops to get the deal to fit my budget .Today I collected my new UX and it's the best ever purchase I have made. The experience I had when I bought an
RC Coupe 500H F Sport was so special. The sales team who looked after me Chris and Paul, were exceptional. By this I mean I felt relaxed, under no pressure sales at all and it was very professional. I did see the car for sale on the Stockport site, and Chris had it delivered to Bolton so I could have a test drive. We even got a lift from the train station on the day we picked the car up. What an amazing drive the Lexus is, I googled, “The most reliable car in the UK “and top car was the Lexus.

Have used a few Lexus dealerships over the years, but Bolton stands out to me as the best. There is a dealership nearer to me but would rather travel a bit further to get better customer service. Special mention to Helen on the service desk who is exceptional, very friendly & welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, always feel valued & like part of the family, well worth the 5* rating, would give higher if could.

Lexus Bolton customers service on of the best .i bought a car and the agent from Lexus name John Morrison (Johnny Lexus ) was really helpful n friendly would suggest to my friends n family. I went to Lexus Bolton for a very last minute viewing of a company car. I was greeted by Greg from the Fleet team who provided nothing short of exceptional service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and polite! As a young woman sometimes car showrooms are intimidating and the service not always pleasant. However on this occasion I was very impressed with the admirable service received. What a credit to the Lexus Fleet team - Thanks for your help Greg excited for my new car!

RRG Lexus Bolton have turned it up to 11 for me when it comes to customer care. I initially phoned up to inquire about one of their cars in stock when I was introduced to Alex who very patiently and professionally took me through the whole process of becoming a Lexus car owner. We had arranged for the car to be ready for collection on my birthday the week later. Upon my arrival I was invited to their "Reveal Room" to be greeted by a very well detailed vehicle dressed up in decorations, a bottle of wine as well as a perosnal card signed by all members of staff.
Cannot thank everyone enough, especially Alex Fairclough who has definitely made this birthday one to remember!

This week i purchased the new Lexus Rx 450h from Lexus Bolton. The sales consultant "johny Lexus " was simply superb. He was patient, professional understanding and a complete pleasure to deal with.I cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge and tact whilst the handover was equally as memorable. I just purchased my first Lexus and Lexus Bolton were brilliant. Paul Battersby looked after me through the whole process, from swiftly sending a detailed video of the car, arranging a test drive, coming to an arrangement with a great deal against my old car and presenting me with the car on the handover day. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and Lexus. Also Natalie was brilliant taking me through the Warranty and service plan. I will definitely be using them again!
