Could only be 5 stars! Genuinely up there with the best customer service I have ever known.
The staff are amazing and kept us throughly informed when our car was in for some work. Even received a follow up call to ask how we felt about everything and if there was anyway they could improve their service. To which I obviously said no!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, and now would definitely want to stick with Lexus in the future! Well done everyone ☺️

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, there’s a lovely ambiance in the showroom from the lady at the reception to the service management.
I was booked in by Natalie and served by Gail on the day.
Both were very polite and courteous and i would have no hesitation in recommending Lexus Bolton.

I previously had a Lexus which was bought and serviced at Lexus Bolton throughout its time with me ( 4 years and 120,000 miles) throughout that time the service i received was exemplary . I have now returned 4 years later having acquired a Lexus RC in January an ex Lexus GB demonstrator In the intervening 4 years I ran a Mercedes . I am very pleased to report nothing has changed in the 4 years I have been away , my car has just had its first service and everything was up to as I had hoped . One or two of the faces may have changed but the service was again exemplary from Helen Gail and Natalie - well done Lexus Bolton .

I had my Lexus for two years before I traded it in, unfortunately the car type I was looking for, Lexus didn’t have but I had a great experience start to finish.

I had a lovely relaxing time while my Lexus was being serviced: tea & biccies served, warmth, papers to read, TV to watch, looked after cheerfully by staff, Gail explained everything clearly and gave me a comprehensive report to take home, no pressure to accept extras, came home happy!
