When my elderly SC430 developed a horrible groan from the steering I arrived unannounced at Lexus Bolton around 5pm. The workshop staff thoroughly investigated the problem, diagnosing a failing ball joint. Within 2 days this had been rectified, and a thoroughly valeted and repaired car returned, together with an assessment on the car's condition. They replaced the cam belt the following week. I have been impressed with the attitude of everyone I have met at the dealership - where I was given the highest level of service and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Helen and her colleague, and the workshop staff who stayed back late to investigate a problem with my unannounced arrival.

Visited Lexus Bolton yesterday to have my battery assessed on my CT200. I was welcomed by the showroom staff who are always friendly,polite and professional. I waited whilst my battery was checked and was offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable. The battery did need replacing and I was very happy to hear that it could be done there and then rather than me having to have to book another appointment.
The waiting area at Lexus Bolton is a welcoming and comfortable space with tasty coffee,snacks,magazines and a TV to entertain the waiting customers and as you wait,staff are checking that you are OK.
I have returned to Lexus Bolton numerous times over the years ( almost 20 in fact ) and have NEVER had a negative experience. Every time I visit,staff cannot do enough to ensure your enquiry / problem is dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent customer service yesterday especially Helen.

I am a new Lexus owner & customer having purchased my first Lexus just a week ago from Lexus Bolton.
Everyone who I have dealt with up to now has been excellent, from the centre hosts who are so helpful to the service team and parts manager, Alan. They have all been really efficient and the service has been really high but friendly too.
The sales specialist that I have dealt with from my first visit to actually collecting my car was Ryan who has been brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble & it was a pleasure dealing with him. He arranged everything from initial advice to lengthy test drives and then, when I had decided on the vehicle for me, made the purchase & handover day really easy and enjoyable.
I would certainly recommend Lexus Bolton to anyone. Car purchasing and service just as you hope it would be.

My husband has used Lexus Bolton for several years now and always receives excellent service from everyone and highly recommends them. From the administration staff Helen, Gail & Natalie to the Parts Manager Alan, Darren the Service Manager and not forgetting the mechanics themselves, everyone goes that extra mile. Their standards of service never slip and they are always courteous and friendly.

This place is quality through and through from the vehicles to the staff. I took my car in for a service and first MOT today. I had opted to wait and whilst I was there I was fed copious amounts of tea and looked after from walking in. In fact on arrival, I couldn't find a parking spot so I asked a member of staff outside who took my keys and moved it for me, so thank you to Leon (sorry if that's not correct). The girls inside Helen, Gail and Natalie were friendly and returned my keys with a care pack with my documents in. Then to complete the experience my car was cleaned inside and out...what service!!! Thank you.

I've been a Lexus Customer for over 20 years and whilst I also own some other 'quality' branded cars, really nothing compares to Lexus in terms of overall Customer experience.
Lexus Bolton is the best (and probably only) place to take your Lexus for service in the North Manchester area. They have looked after me fantastically well over the years.
My current RX450h, now 7 years old, bought new, still drives like new and if i pop in for so much as a light bulb they wash the car !
Helen, Gail, Natalie and Rachel...treat me like royalty and ply me with cups of tea if I get a while you wait job done,..what more could a Customer want ?? :)

I had the pleasure of taking my Lexus for a checkup to this garage/showroom. From the initial telephone contact, booking the car in to collecting my car following the inspection, the whole experience has been a shining example of how to deliver service on a personal basis. Natalie and Helen were professional, informative and overly helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

It was my first time with Bolton Lexus and certainly the best experience. Did not want to leave. Planned to do some work while the car was being serviced. Was offered a desk and coffee (the latter kept coming!) Very warm welcome from Helen and Gail. Efficient service. Would recommend any time.

Just had my NX returned after it's first service. Great experience, booked in with Gail who discounted the first service in return for signing up for a service plan.
The car was picked up on time as agreed, returned with an immaculate valet both inside and out and in pristine condition.
