First experience at a spa and couldn’t ask for more. From start to finish staff couldn’t do enough. The food was absolutely outstanding at all the meals where fabulous. Can’t wait to return. The spa is outstanding and so relaxing. It was just was we needed. Special thanks to John and Gerry.

The room was a little smaller than expected, but I must say it is acceptable for the price I paid. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made a great difference, specially traveling with kids

Just got back from Last Drop, money well spent. Christmas Dinner was excellent, service was excellent. Room, beds clean and comfy. Full breakfast again fantastic (sausages amazing). Boxing day morning spent in Spa. Very impressed and will be back again. HNY

Lovely hotel and helpful staff , the rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
I stayed for 5 days in December and used the thermal suite and swimming pool numerous times , fantastic hotel for a short break with friends and family .
Breakfast choices were great and restaurant food good too , lots of choices.
I would highly recommend the last drop .

Well equipped, unusual ‘village’ like context, clean and lovely room. The staff were friendly.
Dated bathroom fittings, poor hot water pressure in the handbasin. Hardly the end of the World…!

Spa and room were fine. room was clean,
Staff were unapproachable, and we had to use our mobile when in our room to actually order room service. no one answered any time I rang room service or called reception 8 mins I waited before giving up. Breakfast could of been better no hash browns

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely location. Last drop pub has a pool table and dartboard - great for all the family to join in. Dog friendly, you can take your dog almost everywhere within the village with you - such a lovely extra in these strange times!

We had a Wonderful time at the hotel and I received great support for my sister with Autism 😊 and struggles with changes they provided a ground floor room to help with her needs and reduce the risk of her vulnerability and her safety within the hotel setting, the location was lovely and the staff were friendly and polite and patient with my sister this enabled me to enjoy the lovely facilities provide at the hotel many thanks to all and a very merry festive holiday

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. We travelled with our dog to visit family for the weekend. Friendly staff and a lovely touch of a free glass of wine for booking direct. Definitely would recommend and we will be returning when visiting family again.

My husband and I would like to thank everyone at the last drop from the bottom of my heart for my wedding a week ago! Jacqueline was absolutely amazing (even the night before when they had to move all the furniture around at our request!) nothing was too much trouble. The wedding was an absolute fairytale ! Staff could not do enough for us! As the wedding had already been cancelled twice I was very anxious but Jacqueline was very reassuring. Zoe was great throughout the day too, even the hotel manager came to check everything was ok. The staff, decorations and food was great and I can’t really put into words how amazing you all are .

Great Hotel and Spa.... But find somewhere else for breakfast
The hotel, room and facilities were all great.
The breakfast was possibly the worst we have ever had. Really disappointed and certainly not worth the money. Food had obviously been cooked a long time prior and kept warm. Black pudding was like rock... Staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there.

I last stayed at Last Drop in 2016 and thought the hotel was pretty tired. I run a business nearby and needed somewhere for the night of our Xmas do so thought I would give this another go and I have to say it has been transformed and I understand a further programme of improvements is underway. Staff were great and the breakfast spot on. I was upgraded to a suite which was a very nice room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Pleasant enough; would use again for work
Clean, good sized room and bathroom; tea/coffee making facilities provided and a nice quiet location and comfortable bed.
Directions to drive around to Room 48. Tired after a long drive and had to ring reception twice to understand how to get from outside reception round to the car park nearest to the room. Car park signage could be much improved.

The Last Drop Village was a wonderful location for my daughter’s wedding. The staff could not do enough for us to make the day very special. The wedding was put off twice because of the pandemic and it was extra special when we were able to hold it.
