Was ok got a good deal £121 for a nights stay, room was ok not enough toilet paper for 4 people sharing a room, hotel bit dated and old looking. Food was expensive for what we got I ordered home cooked soup and tasted out of a can soup said home baked bread definitely wasn’t fresh bread, daughter had home made spaghetti Bol definitely wasn’t home made but over all staff was great, no music playing in the bar or restaurant, nothing was clear prices etc even for breakfast wasn’t very clear on prices etc. Staff were great we had a lovely time probably won’t go again but wasn’t amazing nor was it bad it was ok, could hear dogs barking from a room near to us which I thought was odd, but I have since read it’s pet friendly which is lovely but definitely not for me.

Booked a special offer, didn't disappoint, lovely two course meal and excellent buffet breakfast, which was hot and fresh. Spent time in the pool and spa which is lovely and clean, will definitely be back

great experience, very relaxing easy access to spa gym and pool high prices considering size of the room and quality. Generally bad location as a walk required to get to town or other places. high food prices

5 star for all staff, spa staff, food and service, lovely place although our courtyard accommodation looked like the carpet needed cleaning and blue cushion on bed very badly stained but this did not spoil our stay

Stayed here over Christmas, if it went wrong Christmas could have been ruined but it was perfect. Excellent food and service. Our family were all given rooms in a ‘cottage’ together. Breakfast was fab. Rooms all clean and quite good size. Spa on Christmas Day was very welcome addition. Really friendly staff

Although dogs are allowed there is not much thought given to dogs and their owners It has a swimming pool, and we were allowed to bring our dog. Staff were never proactive in helping us. We always had to ask questions, eg where is the pool, where is breakfast served and at what time, is there a part of the restaurant where we can have the dog with us, etc. As it turned out, we (5 people) had to eat at a small, low table in a side area of the bar which was really uncomfortable, especially at breakfast when we had to carry plate of food out the room where it is served to get to the table. The breakfast was expensive and not very good, and they forgot to bring me my coffee.

This was our first ever UK Christmas hotel break and Christmas lunch in a restaurant. I was incredibly impressed with everything. The staff were absolutely excellent - I was totally impressed with their friendliness and politeness. The whole Christmas break was a phenomenal experience. The only thing I would say you might need to consider is the meal option on Christmas Day night. Having had the lovely 5 course Christmas lunch, I was a little taken aback by the 3 course evening meal option. Ideally, a buffet snack option would have been ideal. I was very impressed though that your staff allowed us to pick a snack option rather than the 3 courses. I wouldn't want to waste the lovely food you served. Incredibly impressed with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for a lovely Christmas.

The hotel staff were amazing and I found the room to be clean. The spa was amazing and I would most definitely visit again. One lady who works breakfast, small with glasses was just beyond kind and friendly.

Good value for money and super friendly staff The room was a little smaller than expected, but I must say it is acceptable for the price I paid. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made a great difference, specially traveling with kids

Lovely hotel and helpful staff , the rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
I stayed for 5 days in December and used the thermal suite and swimming pool numerous times , fantastic hotel for a short break with friends and family .
Breakfast choices were great and restaurant food good too , lots of choices.
I would highly recommend the last drop .

Lovely stay. Will be back - perhaps to see what the venue is like when busier. Well equipped, unusual ‘village’ like context, clean and lovely room. The staff were friendly. Dated bathroom fittings, poor hot water pressure in the handbasin. Hardly the end of the World…!

Wouldnt stay again Spa and room were fine. room was clean, Staff were unapproachable, and we had to use our mobile when in our room to actually order room service. no one answered any time I rang room service or called reception 8 mins I waited before giving up. Breakfast could of been better no hash browns

A great family hotel. Breakfast and lunch were delicious. Lovely steak for main and great continental buffet.
The staff were really welcoming, especially of our children and they loved the pool and the walks directly behind the hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely location. Last drop pub has a pool table and dartboard - great for all the family to join in. Dog friendly, you can take your dog almost everywhere within the village with you - such a lovely extra in these strange times!
