Overall great experience. Rooms were a decent size and beds were comfy. Nice sized bathroom although we did find it a little cold. Plenty of hot water and shelf space to put your things in bathroom. Good sized towels provided. Rooms were nice and dark once curtains shut and got good nights sleep.

Enjoyable night I would stay again
Hydro pool and the pool area a was really good Bar and pub at the top of the village were really nice very nice staff, very clean, very convenient little village And loads of available parking spaces everything is very well put together
Room could have been a better standard for the price The alcohol was really expensive for what your getting, bar near reception could have had a little bit of music playing in the background would make a big difference as the atmosphere isn’t the best as you can only hear everyone’s conversation,

A lovely short break we enjoyed walking around the grounds of the hotel
Food was very good and plenty to choose from best breakfast in a long time. The room was lovely and we are looking forward to our return next month for our wedding anniversary

We originally booked our wedding for September 2020, then march 2021 and finally January 2022. The last drop - especially Liz were amazing from start to finish. Liz was so accommodating throughout covid and the cancellations of our day.
Liz couldn’t do enough for us and everything we asked for she tried her absolute best to do it!
Even on days where Liz wasn’t in, I would get a reply to emails or phone calls.
Jacqueline was also super helpful when Liz wasn’t available.
On the lead up to our wedding- we arrived on the Friday to set up the room - we were lucky enough it was empty the day before!
Nasir (I hope that’s how you spell his name) was so helpful until Stu arrived even though he was setting up the other room for another wedding! He kept popping back to check if we needed anything!
All day Liz and Jacqueline popped in to see how we were getting on which was lovely.
Now for Stu!!! HE WAS AMAZING!! There is so much we could say about him! There was literally nothing this guy couldn’t do for us! Nothing was too much. The day ran like clockwork! His staff were so attentive with smiles all day long.
Our little page boy is super funny about food so we were able to bring our own for him but I forgot to order ice cream as his dessert, I asked whilst having our main course and of course Stu had already sorted it.
There was absolutely nothing to stress about as he had it all under control!
Gerry the general manager even used his own car to take us over to the room we were getting married in as the weather wasn’t great.
All in all we couldn’t recommend the last drop and all of the staff enough.

Lovely overnight stay staff and facilities were excellent, food was beautiful both breakfast and evening meal. Spa facilities have a lot to offer only downside was main swimming pool had a fair few young kids playing in it preventing swimming, maybe due to it heing Sunday and gym being open to members of public. Overall would highly recommend

Check in straight forward .Spa was fab albeit busy but we still enjoyed it especially the infinity pool, food ordered to room was amazing. Beds were so comfy, breakfast had lots of choice. Nice atmosphere. would recommend and return.

The accommodation was tired and needs maintenance. The overall experience was average for a potentially 4/5 Star hotel. The room basin was damaged and the replacement toilet seat was the wrong shape for hygiene purposes.

Will definitely be going again. Didn't use spa facilities so can't comment on them. Theres a great pub onsite. They serve food and have a dart board and pool table. Couldn't find fault. Hotel busy so other people must share our opinion xxxxx

Best hotel and spa 100% been here 5 times now me and my wife. We love the place very helpful staff and the food is unreal gym is very clean and the pool is awesome. If i could giv it 10☆☆☆☆ i would. We will be back soon

We enjoy our stay at the last drop. The staff were helpful and friendly when we arrived. The spa facilities where lovely and clean with access to them throughout the day. We ate at the restaurant which the food was delicious and such a speedy service. Will be going back again

We had a great time. Nice easy friendly checkin our room was nice and clean and of modern standards. Had a lovely time in the spa and a good swim. Had a few drinks in the bar before heading out. The bar staff all on point. Slept well in a nice comfortable bed nice easy check out a good time all in all. If in the area again will 100% stay here.

Stayed here overnight as part of a Spa package. From check-in to check-out everything first class Nice room located on the second floor (we had upgraded to an executive double) with easy access to the Spa. Dinner in the restaurant (2 courses inc in the deal) was excellent with a good choice of menu as was the included breakfast. Some parts of the thermal Suite are getting a little tired but that didn’t effect our overall experience and we knew what to expect having stayed previously. The swimming pool is an excellent size for this type of hotel and as throughout the hotel everything was spotlessly clean with staff continually checking everything was in order. Enjoyed it so much booked a return visit next month.

Visited 03/02/2022. Booked through work the Firwood suite, which is part of the Pennine Suite. Met on entry by the wonderful Nasir who checked requirements and was able to accommodate a last minute delegate change and accompanying dietary requirements - that’s what you call customer service!!
I would advise that you do your research as the turning off to the access road is to the right before the entrance to the main car park and runs to the Pennine suite which is at the rear of the site. Plenty of parking, the suite has accessible bathrooms so great for wheelchair users etc. equipment requests were met such as projector and on the day an additional connection cable and extension cables to allow equipment to be charged at the U shaped table layout specified.
The light lunch offering was excellent, catered for Vegan / Vegetarian / Gluten Free / Nut allergy / Halal. The service provided by June to the attending delegates was excellent and supported by Nasir.
I would highly recommend the Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa for your business conference/meeting needs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
